What a property! The staff was unbelievably helpful, and they even offer discounted parking for residents through Premium Parking! The leasing office was very professional, and buzzing with excitement. Great vibes in this place!

The Paramount apartment community is located in the heart of South Market in New Orleans' Central Business District. Our residences are refined and upscale, pet-friendly, and welcoming to dogs. The Paramount offers 15 one- and two-bedroom apartments, split-level lofts, each with beautiful kitchens, wood plank flooring, and full-size washers and dryers. We offer a collection of amenities that include a large swimming pool, landscaped courtyard, co-working space, and a fully-equipped fitness center. The French Quarter is less than two miles from our apartment community, and the Caesars Superdome is just half a mile away.
