When a product arrived damaged, I was admittedly worried that the return process would be awful. It has been a LONG time since I’ve worked with such a sincere, bend over backwards customer service department. They made the return process effortless, and they had a replacement expedited to me in lightening speed. The gift (coastal blue gray nautical wood map) was well received and will become an heirloom for years to come. Thank you!

The people that work there are wonderful. I brought in a pair of Patricia Locke earrings that I purchased over 20 years ago, that lost some stones. The designer in New York had me bring them to this business to facilitate the repair. When I dropped them off without being given a receipt , I was on the fence on whether or not I would ever see them again. I immediately started receiving correspondence from this establishment keeping me up to date on the repair. Yesterday I received the repaired earring in the mail, wrapped up in a lovely box with ribbon no less and multiple ear backings. They really went the extra mile in customer service. Highly recommend them.

Fabulous store. Chock full of beautiful gift items and unique designer jewelry. I purchased a few pieces and they shipped it home to Oregon for me for FREE. It arrived beautifully and carefully packaged in just a few days. Fantastic service! Reasonable prices....be careful....it will be easy to buy A LOT :-)~!

A gorgeous little boutique of art and jewelry in the French Quarter. Came in here just to look, and my friends and I ended up walking out with some new bling, and unique art pieces you can't find anywhere else (or at least not easily found).

Omg, where do I start?? I have been doing business with these guys for years. They are the best!! Not only is their website great, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Let me tell you... I can find a VSA piece anywhere on Instagram or Facebook, etc, shoot Kelsi and e-mail and within days, I have it whether they have it in stock or not!! I love these guys and especially KELSI!!!

Ive been to nola about 8 times now. This time, I went into the giving tree as they had some wonderful art they claimed was made by local artists (don't you love that line?) and turns out, made in china. Ordered a clock that was shipped to me and "MADE IN CHINA" was plastered all over the boxwares. I am glad it was cheap as it was NOT made by a local artist. ad to that, I can't even remove myself from their email list. PLEASE support real artists, DON'T SHOP HERE!

I love this store!!! I love their merchandise and they have excellent customer service. This is my first time as a customer with them ...and I was beyond happy with their service...Kelsi Falconer customer service representative...upgraded my delivery without me asking her to. Great customer service now a days is very rare (if it exist at all) and their merchandise is excellent quality and unique! I purchased two "sister Bird' necklaces for my sisters and they loved them. I was so pleased that I was able to give it them on the day I was planning too. Thank you Kelsi Falconer for upgrading my delivery for me! I will definitely be a regular customer at this store!
