I’ve lived in the Georgian since December 2023 and I’ve appreciated the care, concern, and rapid response of any issue that may arise. Mercedes, Amanda, Jamar, and Efram are exceptional. They plan considerate events like Easter, Mardi Gras and other holidays.

I’ve been living here for over a year and a half and I honestly don’t see myself living anywhere else in NOLA. Great location, pool, jacuzzi, 24/7 gym, fast Maintenance response, top of the line front office staff. I’m resigning my lease and I’m resigning it again.

All of my needs have been handled in a timely fashion. I feel like the staff is really interested in my comfort and wellbeing. They are exceptionally pleasant and helpful!! Overall beautiful building and great location!
