This people that work in the office are very unprofessional and do not answer the phones. They let it ring pick it up and hang up. They want you to call to schedule an appointment but you cant even get to anyone. All I want is information is that so hard to ask for?

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Horrible maintenance, horrible management. My apartment been without AC the entire year I’ve been here. My wall now have mold due to a leak in the AC UNIT they refuse to fix & now they want me to pay even higher in rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Please don’t.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Some of the most negligent and "I'll get to it when I get to it" service. AC was out for months. No windows units were given to us to help. Water pouring in my bathroom from the tenants above me. Just an awful 6 months I spent living there.

I'm a recent tenant today is my move out day at the cove . It's quiet back here , the tenants are super nice in building two . The new management team rocks they go above and beyond to make sure they tenants are happy and satisfied. Only reason I'm moving is because I lucked up and found something closer to my job and I rely on public transportation to get back and forth. These also was my first apartments and I was very pleased .

The gym is Inactive and the pool has been open only once since the pandemic which is marketed as amenities. Units are Roach and Wasp infested. Black Mold and Mushrooms are present in the bathrooms. The exterior ventilation duct cover has been missing since 2021 which has allowed Birds to enter and travel through the ducts scratching, crawling, and chirping. They also defecate inside the ducts which draw various bugs into the unit. The solution is a $20 Exhaust Vent Cap that has been on back order per the Property Management's vendor since 2021 but is readily accessible for purchase at the local Home Depot and Lowe's. Needless to say, I've had numerous sleepless nights from the birds chirping and scratching. Most of the staff I've encountered are rude and lack empathy, compassion, and resolution. I've opened several work orders in-person but only one was ever completed. The rest were just marked in their system as complete although they were never addressed. After months of feeling like I'm living in Jumanji, I asked one of their staff for the number to Lynd's corporate office. Her response was to Google the number. This was moments after she had just given it to a prospective tenant due to them switching the apartment they leased the day of Move-In. Maintenance is simply incompetent. They paint and caulk over everything. They also enter your apartment without notice. There's no protocol from both maintenance and staff for simple processes such as unit showings, lease executions, work orders, etc. Security is non-existent besides the exterior cameras that were put in place a few months ago. The property is vulnerable to criminal activity and I've witnessed on several occasions men sleeping in the laundry facility or roaming the grounds late at night. Units are also incredibly vulnerable to intrusion as they barely lock and interior locks are used for the exterior front doors. Exterior gates surrounding the property are deteriorating and the front access gate does not lock and hasn't for years. This property has a lot of potential due to the spacious apartments and the features. However, due to the collective incompetency of the staff/maintenance and lack of support from Lynd Corporation, this property will eventually be defunct and possibly a situation similar to Oakmont for the tenants.The images and descriptions advertised do not reflect the true state of the property. DO NOT move here unless you want to be miserable for the duration of your lease.

Waited 6 months for evident mold, blood in the tub (yes), water damages, lies about a continually broken gate, a dry rotten balcony, broken latches on doors and windows, cracked windows, peeling paint, and roach droppings all over the cabinets. I tried to play along and accept the lies and back and forth lies because I just wanted my apartment but that turned out horrible. There’s a new property manager and he’s even more delirious than the female staff. He insulted my intelligence after seeing the damages by asking if I found somewhere else to stay. (As if mold and having to pull out cabinets after waiting 6 months was not significant enough for move in refusal) These apartments used to be the “rave”. Idk what happened but I didn’t even give it a chance. I posted pictures of the apartment they expected me to occupy. And there is no need for the complex to go under this review and apologize if this is how you expect people to live.

This is my first apartment!! I hate it so much.. I work so much and when I finally need rest I can't Even sleep peacefully in my own home.. Every morning im woken up to loud noise. Workers who fix on apartments fix soo early in the morning and make all kind of noise they even threw a huge carpet at my front door i thought someone was breaking in I couldn't even walk out my door without trying to get though things.. My air unit has been broken for weeks they give u a unit wayyyy 1week later while living in a hot apartment then they dont bother to fix it!! If u look around the complex alot of people AC is broken.. They don't fix anything!!! when u need something they eventually stop answering the phone for you!!! The staff and maintenance men are veryyy rude neither do their job... ive had so many issues i had to call corporate for... I don't feel comfortable in my own home... this was not the experience i was hoping for.. everyone I know had issues with this complex and had to leave... but i still gave them the benefit of the doubt... If nothing changes i will be leaving.. my lease is up soon and im not sure if i want to renew it the rent is affordable but still is too high for the low quality and bad service. Please get it together!!! People can not keep living like this.

Read your lease. Know your rights. They literally play hopscotch with the blame when something goes wrong instead of finding a solution.. a maintenance man broke into my apartment after a pipe broke & they literally are offering me a $100 concession. They would not give up his name for my police report and he literally lived in the building across from me. Be aware . Get a ring camera & always go to the top to get your business handled! So sad how they are treating a tenant of 6 years. I’m over it

Mann if y'all don't start keeping the grounds clean and properly fix appliances ceilings roofing etc and get a strong management team. Worrying about the wrong thing. And update them pictures on yo website cause the pool area cause the sidings on the complex not in that good looking condition anymore. And don't worry I'm not nor was I trying to be a tenant. I'm phew
