Have never been to this Take 5 and don't know what car they serviced there unless it was the Nissan I traded in three weeks ago that was taken there by the new owner. The last time I went to a Take 5, I was taken for almost $150 for a basic oil change, an air filter, and two wiper blades all of which were put on the vehicle before the cost of the items were discussed with me. I am back to doing it myself. Take 5 ain't gonna Take Me Again.

Went there on Sunday, 9/1/24 at the Carrollton Claiborne location in New Orleans.
The mechanic broke my filter cap and did not replace it nor refund my money nor discounted my service but gave me a 50% off coupon for the next visit like I plan on attending again after bad service.

The Take 5 at the corner of Claiborne and Carrollton always does a great job. The staff is friendly and they always do a thorough and professional job. I've been using their old change service for many years now and I know I'll be back every ~5000 miles.

We just moved here in the last year, and I have to say I don’t know how much all of you are used to paying for your oil change, but this seems like exorbitant prices to me. And then they had the nerve to tack on an additional five dollars for “shop fee“. The entire experience took over an hour.
I will find somewhere else next time.

Being a young woman with close to no knowledge of cars I was nervous, but at Take 5 there was no reason! Cleetus was incredibly helpful and funny! He got my windshield wiper changed super fast and even called another guy, Josh, over to help scrub the gunk off my windshield. Overall a joyful and fun time getting my problem solved quickly and competently.
