I was not able to visit the store because I live in Jacksonville Fl but I was able to do a phone order with Amanda. OMG! Her customer service was everything and she just had a genuine spirit about her. I was able to order my black jumbo fanny and mini pouch with no problem. Thanks again SC Nola.

This was my first time coming to this SCL and had a much better experience at this store than the West Village location! The staff were so friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is in the area!

I live in Dallas but love SCL and have dealt with a few different store locations, but let me tell you, NONE compare to this one!!!! I was lucky enough to have Hala help me with my order and she was SO fun to work with!! She was so patient and texted me a ton of pictures and options. She helped me choose some gorgeous perfect items and made the process soooo simple. I actually love her. Thank you Hala!!!!!!

I love all things Stoney Clover and was so excited to go inside an actual store! If we had more time I would've ordered my daughter a personalized Disney bag (for in the far future trip of course). The store had a ton of bags, patches and oh so many colors!The staff was so nice and they answered all our questions!

Amanda at this location is an absolute star. I got to meet her in person on a trip to New Orleans several months ago and she helped me come up with so many good ideas for patching. Later, she took a lot of time with me over the phone to effectuate my very specific patch ideas and even let me know when an item that I had previously asked about came back in stock. I truly enjoy shopping with her. Thank you, Amanda!

5 STARS FOR ELLEN. Ellen is a joy to work with, and I am so excited to meet her in person at the store when I'm in NOLA! She went above and beyond to assist me purchase and sew my SCL x American Girl Josefina tote last year. It came out beautifully. She is super friendly, efficient, but also patient and responsive. Believe me when I say it is so difficult to find a quality SCL sales rep like her who makes every effort and more to take care of her clients.Subtracting 2 stars because the assistant manager, Amanda, did not remember me or my inquiry. I called and spoke with her the other week letting her know I would be in town in January and asking if Ellen would be available while I'm there. She had no idea what I was talking about after I called to follow up with her today. Very confusing.The NOLA store also doesn't respond to emails at all. I've emailed twice and gotten no response to my inquiries. Annoying.Keshun, the old store manager, was very unprofessional, but thankfully is no longer with Stoney Clover Lane. :)

I cannot rave enough about my wonderful experience with SCL Nola. I live out of state and I reached out via text to create a custom piece. I worked directly with Amanda who helped me create the most beautiful backpack. She was patient with me, sent tons of pictures of everything I asked about and she shared some of her awesome design ideas to make it look even better. I highly recommend SCL Nola both in person and virtually. Super excited to have a piece of Louisiana with me in Vegas.

10/10 recommend this SCL location. They have so much merchandise even when sold out online and the employees are very sweet and kind and extremely helpful. Shout out to Amanda who was very helpful on an order I placed to make sure it was absolutely perfect. Will for sure be bringing my business back to this location.

I had the best shopping experience of my life thanks to everyone, especially Amanda at Stoney Clover yesterday. We walked in 30 minutes prior to closing and they could not have been more accommodating. We came from out of town and are tight on time but knew I needed one of these bags before I left and Amanda was so helpful, patient, and kind. She took her time to help me design my bag and offered super helpful input with the patches and placement. From the selection process to the checkout process, the experience was incredible and unlike any other. No detail was missed and I cannot recommend SCL New Orleans enough!

How do I give this beautiful store and Miss Lovely Amanda 100 stars? I’m so grateful to have worked with such an amazing person. I was overwhelmed with all the amazing choices and I needed some inspiration and Amanda was so wonderful and patient with me. She shared all her ideas with me and help me pick out and create the most gorgeous Stoney Clover bag I’ve ever seen. I will cherish my bag forever and always remember my experience with Amanda and the fun I had creating a bag with her. Thank you so so so much!! I’m now addicted to your bags and want all of them. THE PLACE for those who love everything extra. I could have spent hours in this store, luckily they were sold out of a few things so I didn't go crazy. I ended up with a customized limited edition Disney weekender and a customized travel bag. Hala was a huge help! She was so sweet, she worked fast, and she was also patient with me since it was my first time shopping. I got my order a few days later and they're perfect. I can't wait to go back and get more!

Had such a great experience at this store! We happened in and I had the best time designing a bag for myself as well as a gift for my niece who is turning 1 soon:) Keshun and Ellen were super helpful. They were so lovely. Even stayed late for us and were so patient! They helped us put together the most perfect bags. I cannot recommend them and this store enough. It was a fun and memorable experience.
