Clerks have terrible attitude. When one 'forgot' to activate the pump after I paid cash, clerk caught an attitude saying I hadn't paid. I had to to threaten to call the cops and demand to see their cameras to get anything to happen, and that was only after their 'manager' decided to review the cameras which took 5 minutes. Manager and cashier are same person and couldn't remember cash transaction from literally 30 seconds ago. The whole thing is a deflection from them making a mistake then trying to steal to cover it up. Do not shoo here for anything. Their gas is also 10 percent more expensive than the medium for no reason.

The credit card readers on the pumps are perpetually broken, so you have to go inside. Then you go inside, and none of the employees are wearing masks. Not "wearing masks wrong", but not wearing anything at all, in the middle of a global pandemic that has killed two of my friends. Then they make you wait an eternity while they do other things, so you have to stand there and expose yourself to everyone's germs while they mess around. I left and went to the shell on Magazine, where the pumps worked and I didn't have to go inside. Avoid this place. Unacceptable.

Me and my father have noticed the workers purposefully over charging us by $5 and $6 on several occasions. Its a dam shame i enjoyed there services and food was good. But when i catch you stealing from costumers. Thats it wont see my money again or anyone i know.

This is not the most expensive gas in town, like some folks say. It is not the cheapest, but not bad for convenience-lots of pumps. A few times the card reader doesn't work and u have to pay inside.

Cool place, conveniently located for gas, and they have some neat NOLA merch. I took away a star because the kitchen has more potential.

Just stoping for gas It is very late at night I'm on my way home It's a very good location right before getting on the bridge and driving home It is very well lit for this late at night so I felt safe but I'm still being cautious I didn't go inside so I have no idea what it looks like I really am just getting gas to fill up my tank so I can get home and this happened to be the last gas station before the bridge

EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE A BIT MORE: 1. More thick breading on the fried chicken than the usual tempura versions (see pic). I also don't like the seasoning here - it's heavy-handed, leaving little chicken flavor. 2. More options though than say a Brother's, however. There are 3 flavors of wings - all with light sauces. 3. The gas here seems to always be $0.10 more per gallon than the stations on Lee Circle or on Jackson at Magazine.

One is overrated. Fuuuuhk this place. First off the card machine at the gas pump is broke.. This ain't the first time they sucked butts. So i walked inside he looked me up and down like I stole someone's credit card then said is it your card.. I'm need some ID. I was like it's my girls in the car. So she goes in then says the names don't match... She goes no, you assuming my middle name is my last name you didn't read it. Then proceeds to not give her a receipt. Eat doodood

I got a 20oz Sprite, a pack of M&Ms, and a pack of Starburst for $10!!!The prices are UNREAL!! It's airport and movie theater prices and they are widely rude on top of it. Boycott this place and get something new in that space.

This place cannot rate a star ... filthy... nothing works... trashy. Highest prices in town. Even their phone line doesn't work. Never can get a receipt. Most pump displays are not working. Shell needs to be made aware of all the hideous things that happen here.
