Amari was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. I called frustrated and by the time the phone call was coming to an end I was left laughing and feeling much better about my situation. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and had no issues further elaborating until I had a solid grasp of my issue. She should be training customer service reps everywhere. I know in the future if I have issues, exactly who I will be requesting to help explain.

Specifically here to write a great review for Ms. Amari :)I've had a couple of issues with my city/county taxes not being issued correctly in the past, and again last year when instead of having my taxes come out my escrow once, my taxes were sent out three times... so of course I got auto-generated letter telling me to add more money to my escrow account.Thankfully, Ms. Amari picked up my call and was extremely detail-oriented in helping me look through my account transactions. She quickly picked out the error and we decided instead to wait for the tax commissioner to refund my extra taxes! Which means I didn't need to unnecessarily pony up funds into my escrow. She went the extra mile and called me when she saw that the funds were deposited back into my account not too long after. Ms. Amari also suggested a really great book for my own education as a first-time homebuyer.She's absolutely wonderful to work with, and definitely deserves a 10 out of 5 stars (and a healthy raise)!

Cody Ricks was the best Customer Service Rep I’ve ever worked with! He actually seemed to care and called me back as he said he would! Kudos to Cody!!! This man deserves to be recognized in a most positive way!!

Cody Ricks, the rep I speak to from time to time, is simply outstanding. He's incredibly responsive, quite knowledgeable, clarifies everything for me, and is friendly besides. I got to the point where a few months ago, I saved his direct line in my phone. It's no longer saved as "Standard Mortgage," but "CODY - Standard Mortgage." True story.

Standard should be, maybe will be closed! Std, great folk, they bought a 9000.00 homeowners policy for me! Didn’t flag it, then, an Escrow Overage. I wasn’t told, asked nor would any fool approve something so stinky. They saw a refund grab op. I have told them I got the refund check, written to me. That was not their concern until they produced accountability as to what happened and why do you think you need it all when half is mine. Tell me I’ll send what’s left. No! Ok, fine No to you. If head of escrow refuses to add my new note, and keeps it at 2218.00 now, tho that insurance is cancelled she asked me to still pay Oct/Nov at the Aug rate and in December you get 1375.00 a month new note. How could it drop so low. Because, it’s a scam to get that bulk check in that interest bearing account, all this time she knew. Half, I really need and by law must be redistributed. Disclosure would have been nice. So I skipped Nov and I’m trying to find someone to help before it gets legal.In closing your escrow lady Stephanie is behind this, commission? Trying to get me to pay even more, which would come back in a refund, but not there, she would take that extra and away to STD’s bank it goes. Trouble

Standard Mortgage is AWESOME! I'm a first time home buyer and my loan agent was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. The approval process was seamless and I look forward to working with Standard for many years to come! I would highly recommend any first time home buyers to use Standard! First class organization!

I had a seamless experience with standard mortgage mainly because there was always an open line of communication. The loan officer always made himself available whenever I had any questions. I've had bad experiences with other mortgage companies in the past but this one has been flawless. They definitely look out for your best interests. Thank you to the Standard mortgage team!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Every time I had a question or issue, the customer service department was either unhelpful or unresponsive altogether. We are glad we paid off our loan and will not have to deal with them anymore.

After my initial review, I was contacted by Stephanie from Customer Service and she was more than willing to take the time to explain why my rate increased and explained how we could, possibly, lower my payments. After following her suggestions, she was able to substantially lower my payments and I may be able to get them a little lower still, with a little effort on my part.Thank you, Stephanie, for reaching out to me and helping to alleviate my anxiety level!

My husband with this company for almos 10 years horrible customer service from the customer service department. They are not helpful even the manager has the ugliest attitud. She is a female. I tried to talk to my loan officer she was not pleasant at all and rushed me off the phone. This company need to hire people with great attitudes because I am sick of it!
