The cooking class and history lesson was amazing. So fun to learn about the various cultures and traditions that make New Orleans what it is today.

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience yet you'd be much better off attending and experiencing it yourself! 10/5 all day.Absolutely sign up for Chef Dee's cooking classes. I've never done a cooking class prior to this trip and she set the expectation bar high!

Absolutely love SoFab and the Deelightful Roux School of Cooking. Our class with chef Dee included a great tour of the museum - every time I'm there I see something new! Thanks for teaching us how to make a three course Creole feast and sharing so many great stories with us Chef Dee!
