Great paint. Huge selection of supplies. Perfect parking on the side in a neighborhood with notoriously bad parking. The S-W accounting system is designed to be modern and convenient for full time professional painters and succeeds at the expense of DIYers. Trying to reorder the same paint at the same store 11 minutes was spent finding me in their system. Am currently waiting as politely as possible for my two gallons to get mixed.Again, great paint.

I only write reviews when I receive exceptional service. Jonathan and his colleague were wonderful. Welcoming from the moment I walked in. They needed to source a specific paint that I wanted from a different store. They got me the paint within a couple of hours. Jonathan was knowledgeable and patient with my questions! I will continue to go to this Sherwin Williams branch and refer it to my clients.

Bad experience overall with one employee treating my wife poorly and being elusive about pricing and then condescending when my wife questioned the ridiculous price. Treated me totally differently but still not overly transparent about options or painting. My understanding is locally helm tends to be a bit more transparent and contractor oriented

I bought 3 quarts that were mixed to match the three exact colors I needed for touch-ups. Service was quick and friendly. Colors matched extremely well.

If you ask for exterior oil-based primer here, be sure they do not give you "fast-drying oil-primer." Be sure to be specific that you'd like "exterior oil-based WOOD primer" or you'll be trying to paint with something as thick as peanut butter that dries before you can get your brush to the surface you are try to paint

This is my go-to paint store even though I live in Algiers. They have employees who offer most excellent, personalized customer service and they truly care about my projects and their success. Recently I had an online order canceled because the particular sheen I requested was no longer available in this particular type of paint. Jessica patiently and enthusiastically guided me through the process of selecting another sheen for my kitchen and promised it ready the next morning. Sure enough, the next morning it was ready and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Homeowners are just as important to them as paint contractors and it feels great to be acknowledged. And oh by the way, the quality of Sherwin Williams paints is top notch.

Jessica, store manager, went above and beyond with helping chose the correct type of paint and offering practical recommendations. This was my first home purchase and I will coming back time after time based on my experience with her! The store was also very clean and organized. Overall EXCELLENT experience!

Pandemic Review: I guess it's been a very long time since I've been in this shop if I don't have a review for it. I am working on my house float and needed some exterior paint quarts to make it happen. SW was actually cheaper than other locations for some really basic paint. I walked in (masked of course) and they had hand sanitizer ready for me. The sales associate was great to work with and she helped me find the least expensive options, knowing that I need the boards that I'm painting to last from Jan. 6 to Feb. 16. The paint worked great and my project is looking wonderful. Staff was all masked. There are plexi barriers at checkout. Hand sanitizer is supplied and there are clear social distancing markers on the floor.
