The staff at Shell are generally helpful, though one customer felt that the employee did not fully address their concerns about their vehicle's maintenance. Overall, Shell provides a typical gas station experience with additional amenities.

Went in today to get a brake tag. Unfortunately Dwight was not able to issue it, but he fully explained the issue and gave me a recommendation of where to get it fixed. He was nice and extremely helpful, so I will definitely be back.

$5 to check ur tires and fluids. I don't think the gentleman really was paying attention. I told him that my car had not been driven in 10 months. I forgot to get him to check transmission and now I feel uneasy. He didn't do it.
