She provided me with my gate access code, walked me to my storage unit (located on the 3rd floor), She could have easily provided me with my code and let me figure it out, but she went above and beyond to ensure I had the information necessary to do this on my own in the future. “I was skeptical at first because the facility is a bit outside the city. It is a large facility with plenty of units and the space is well organized and maintained. Every time I go it is always clean and quiet. The staff I have dealt with is amazing. They are friendly and eager to help. They unit I rent is not climate controlled but I don’t need that anyway, more to the point, the price is fan-freaking-tastic. Getting outside the city the price drops dramatically. Anytime I need storage I will definitely use NOLA Lock and Storage. Thank you for a real good deal.”

“Really good experience here. We only had one small complaint. The previous renter had some tar in a small spot on the floor. We only wish that it had been cleared up before we moved in. Outside of that, it was a great unit and we wish we could have stayed. Unfortunately we just couldn’t afford it an longer. We were there for 2 years.”
