Don’t take your e-bike here to get serviced. I brought a Super73 to him to get a flat tire replaced after he claimed to know all about them on the phone and he messed up my bike badly.
First of all there was a huge white scrape on the frame that wasn’t there before, probably from dropping the bike.
Also, the pedal assist no longer works now. My pedals got jammed moments after leaving the shop. And now it goes on and off (the pedal assist). I didn’t even bother to bring it back to him because I don’t trust him.
The owner and mechanic claims to know all about Super73s but clearly this is not true.

Took good care. Very generous and helpful! As a new rider who knows very little and couldnt spend a ton on fixes, I highly recommend.

Good service. I dropped my scooter off 5:00pm Wednesday by 11:00am Thursday they were calling me to come get my scooter fixed with no problems. I have a 2023 EX wolf 150 sport.

Always friendly, always quick. Really appreciate these guys. Everything about motorcycle maintenance is cathartic for me...but I can't stand doing tires! Scoots always had my back. If you need great work done on your bike, look no further.
Just recently had them mount the rear tire and tube for my XR. Very pleased ?

Poor poor service.My bike kept breaking after a mile of riding.I went back 2 him 4 times.Finally he gave me a refund.NEVER AGAIN!!!I WENT 2 A DIFFERENT SHOPTHEY FIXED IT RIGHT THE 1ST TIME !!!

Bought an RX50 here. 1800 miles on it and it’s been “worked on” 4 times in 8 months starting the same day I purchased it. Doesn’t run anymore but is still under warranty and Oscar refuses to replace it. When they delivered it to my house the mechanic dropped it off the truck. Currently having to seek refund through legal measures.

Do NOT go here. Every time my husband took his scooters here, they come back missing pieces like bolts, etc. The last time he went there he got an oil change. Within less than 100 miles, the motor was toast. A different mechanic found the culprit: THEY EMPTIED THE OIL AND NEVER REFILLED IT!!!! Whoever changed the oil clearly got distracted and just emptied and plugged it back up.When we called him about it, he couldn't tell us who worked on it, and wanted us to take it to him. Yeah right. Not touching a single thing of ours again. He was offered to go SEE the motor, and that wasnt good enough. Yeah, he wanted to destroy the evidence for small claims court. When asked to compensate the smallest amount (the bill for the labor that CAUSED the expensive repairs), he was not even willing to do that. So basically we paid him to cost us money. Go anywhere else, just don't go here.All about supporting small business. That's why we went to one when the motor seized from Scoot's error: they found the issue, when we told him what it was he said "i can't just trust anyone else's word".Yeah, well WE can. They found his error and they work on NOPDs motorcycles. Im guessing they don't forget to refill the oil.

Well several things happened.The places seems a bit sketchy so be careful.I did like that my husband did not get a great customer experience.His bike had been broke for a minute with knowledge of a great repair shop he passed this shop by accident.I was glad that he was able to fix it but he soon needed another repair which I thought was intentional.Never the leas it's running and he's happy be sure to ask about the warranty because it was not explained initially to my husband

Amazing, kind, fast and affordable service! Called multiple shops in town about a leak on the rear tire of my Vespa. Avenue Scooters told me they’d have to replace the tire before they looked at it. Scoots got me in immediately, repaired a seal around the tire’s rim for $20 and sent me on my way within the hour. Best service around, highly recommended thanks so much!!

This company has to be the worst company ever to do business. Oscar is nothing but a shade tree mechanic, He claims he knows about scooters but I bet to differ. I have a Buddy 50 scooter that needed a new carburetor, he first didn't said it made not need a carb so he said he can't fix it. A week later after I order the part he puts it on wrong it basically fucked up now I have to pay more to get a new mechanic to fix it correctly. Word to anyone who need a scooter repaired..Don't Go To scoots, they will break it worse !!!
