The regular store at the Superdome at Gate H is closed right now but there is one open on the ground floor by the parking garage. There is literally no signages stating that it is open and the only reason we figured it out was because we saw an employee go on lunch break and he told us where to go. It is much smaller and pretty bad for an official team store. They only sold a few players jerseys & shirts, and very little accessories. If you want to get any other players' jerseys, you have to order it online.

Worst team shop. Posted hours of operations but doesn’t abide by them. Say what you will about Jerry Jones and the Cowboys, but at least his team shop is open to sell merchandise.

If you have stated hours at your business when you will be open, then you should be open. At least turn off the lights and save some money if you’re not actually open. Disappointed.

Stopped in on a Saturday at 10:25am. Store hours 10am-3pm. Store was locked lights on, no one around. Tried calling several times, no answer. No sign on the door to say they were closed. Highly disappointing.

Went to the Saints shop today during the pre-season game vs the Chiefs.Backstory: I have been looking to get a Jamaal Williams (aka Swag Kazekage) jersey since the moment he joined! Had 0 luck ordering from usual places and online joints. I had one ordered from the general NFL shop but had to cancel because ordering in May they had me waiting till September for it to come in!Well the folks in the Saints shop got me a Jamaal jersey within no time at all! They set me up with a custom jersey, made it right in front of me at the shop. All of the people were super helpful and nice, great staff there. They were super busy but I had my custom jersey within 15-30 minutes (the guy working on it was super detail oriented and thorough- which I loved to see).Would recommend heading directly to them if you need a jersey, particularly a custom one of a player that doesn't often get stocked.

We were in New Orleans for vacation. Were hoping to get some Saints Merch. Hours online showed they closed at 5pm. Walked across New Orleans to get to the team shop. Arrived at 4:30p. Doors were locked. Sign on the door said they were open until 5pm. Called, no one answered. Waited until close and no one ever did show up. Hate to say it but seems like more often than not things are this way any more. No one cares, customer service is dead. We were really bummed, we wanted to get some Taysom Hill merch.

I have been coming to this shop for years. But today was a horrible experience. The lady that was attending the store was horribly rude. They were doing construction and would not allow us to look at the women's or children's clothes. She basically threatened me not to come to that side. Also I was disappointed in the lack of player Jerseys. I wanted a Cam Jordan jersey and there isn't a single thing it that store with his name on it. Like I said every trip we have made we always made it a point to come to this store....never again will I waste my time...very disappointed

1 employee greeted me as I entered the store. The employee behind the counter acted like I shouldn't had been there & seemed agitated when I asked a question about Saints' Crucial Catch cancer gear.

Terrible hours on game day, now you can no longer enter the shop and make purchases after the game. I was told at 3:30 after a noon game that the shop is closed by the escalator attendants. Also the new location is terrible it was more accessible in the 100 level, where it use to be. The location is purely crowd control and it’s not very accessible after the game so make sure you go before kickoff or you’ll be out of luck. Who Dat!
