What an amazing company this is! Met with Brian to get a storage unit (obviously) and boy ol boy did he make this a great positive experience for us. So informative and efficient while also making us feel welcomed. Brian is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE (all caps on purpose). I highly recommend using this facility and can only hope Brian never leaves and is well taken care of.

Safeguard is where you want to keep your belongings! I left items in a unit for 3 years and when I came back they were still pristine! Jill is a great employee and she helped me out alot!

Well tired and stressed I walked into your establishment and this woman her name is Jill ask if she could help me I told her what I was doing and what I needed she told me relax take a seat she gave me a glass of water she gave me discounts was very clear of what the contracts meant and if I understood them I totally did she walk me up to my unit and kept me close to the elevator boy she made my day but that's wasn't all the next few days went bye and my unit was too small so Thursday after work I drove to see Jill to ask her if she could help me out again to get me another unit bigger she was great she got me right on the same floor right around the corner which was awesome because it is me me alone moving so I packed up my old unit moved in my new and off I went

The storage facility is very clean and organized. But what truly sets safeguard self-storage apart is the exceptional staff, who was friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. He made a potentially stressful situation completely seamless and even enjoyable. He explained everything carefully all while having a smile on her face! Great experience here! The staff was extremely helpful with selecting the right unit for my granddaughter’s needs! I rented back in May2024, which helped us avoid a long trip with lots in tow so to have that ease of rental was even more appreciated! The staff is efficient and visible throughout our time there which feels good knowing that aside from having 24 hours video surveillance there is also staff on the ground during operating hours. Very happy with this storage staff and location! This place is clean, air-conditioned, and very easy to get to via your vehicle. My representative, was very helpful with all of my questions. I recommend this place wholeheartedly— especially for area college students. The topping on the cake was I got a refund since I booked for the month of August and checked on on the 5th. Thank you all for your professionalism. I highly recommend this storage service.
