I typically frequent the Tulane location but they didn't have the equipment I needed, so Ms Ruth, from Tulane, helped me find an alternative. The Gentilly location is not close to my office but it will definitely be on my favorites list.”

“I've rented from this location 14 or so times over the past 26 or 27 years and to be honest, more often than not, it was with dread and many times looking for alternatives to avoid the unpleasant and unprofessional staff members.
It has been a couple years since the last time I rented a truck from here but this recent visit was quite pleasant! I went in mentally prepped for rudeness but the staff were absolutely the most pleasant of any previous staff members of years past!
Sadly, I don't remember the name of the lady that assisted me but she was a little older, seemed of stern personality but very kind and professional.
