I wish I read the Google reviews! We experienced all the same issues with plumbing and staff couldn’t do anything bc we booked with our credit card portal. We had several issues with several moves and it was a giant headache. Stay anywhere else.

I stayed here for a night for my concert and when I arrived to my room it wasn't cleaned. There was Tupperware filled with food, all the trash cans were filled, and their used complimentary stuff was still there. When calling the front desk I asked if they could swap me to a new room or come clean the one I was in and they said OK. However, multiple people came up to our room, and the last lady said that she would send someone to clean it and nobody ever came up. I was unable to make this a bigger issue because I had to go to my concert, but I'm very displeased with the service. On top of all that the room does not have a microwave or refrigerator and the door to the bathroom doesn't open up all the way because the toilet is in the way. I had to use a manual key to open the door and the ice machine isn't on every floor. As well as the continental breakfast that had nothing.

A good property that can be great with a little effort. The staff was amazing. I did have a problem with the temperature (only ac; no heat), but the weather improved so that fixed the issue. Really appreciated the fact that the rooms did not have carpet.

I stayed during Mardi Gras and my overall stay was great. I arrived early being greeted by Demiya, who was very nice and pleasant. I was planning to just do a bag check and explore the city until 4PM check in but thankfully my room was ready and I was able to go right up. I didn’t get the manager’s name but he was very nice and attentive to the employees well being (nice to see!) Upon entering the room it appeared nice and airy as the photos reflected online. I checked the bedding as I normally do and I was not pleased with the sheets it appeared old (with the little beads on it) and hair was in the beds but after speaking with the front desk housekeeping promptly came and switch them for fresh sheets and apologized. Other than that, sleep was great and the beds are comfortable! If you are visiting during a busy season or a morning shower person like me, note the shower water gets very cold.Overall location was great, about a 10 min walk to the mall and very convenient for parade routes. Staying for Mardi, be mindful of the parade routes and times because you may have to walk blocks away from the hotel and come back up to get around.Nearby activities: Mall, Casino, Aquarium, Vue Orleans (cool experience, recommend) Canal street, Bourbon StWalkability: Very convenient

This is hotel is centrally located, about a 10 min walk from the French quarter and lots of restaurants and bars surrounding. The hotel is very outdated. The rooms are outdated and they don’t have a fridge or microwave, very small rooms and bathroom. The air quality was pretty bad and it was hard to keep the room cool. The restaurant was closed the entire time but the staff is phenomenal. Brianna was amazing and accommodated all my request promptly.Rooms: Small, outdated, bad air quality, and outdated thermostats that barely work.Safety: Location was pretty safe. New Orleans city has a lot of homeless and this was the first hotel I stayed at that didn’t have a bunch of homeless outside the hotel.Walkability: Very centrally located.Food & drinks: They offer a Continental breakfast but it’s just muffins, toast, cereal and fruit.

This hotel is a joke.. You can not get in contact with management, the excuse is she is off and wont be back unil the next day. The next day comes and I got the same answer. Upon arriving to the facility we spoke with a customer who was rooming with them and we were told that the hot water is not working and he had items stolen out of his room. Of course that made us alarmed as we are from out of state. We chose to cancel the room before we even checked in due to our safety being at jeopardy and the hotel nit being able to provide the simple necessity that we would need as a guest. They said because we were out of the timeframe to cancel we would be charged for 1 night, you would figure the company can accommodate us due to the lack of hot water and safety issues. I do not feel we should be penalized for this. I have yet to speak to someone from management to try and get this resolved.

Great experience! All of the staff was great! Especially Brianna at the front desk and Ms. Debra at breakfast, who was friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked beautiful and was kept in supply. Hopefully I got their names right. The location was superb and they also held our luggage while we squeezed a little more sightseeing before going to the airport.

Had problems with keys, noise, toilet and ultimately we couldn't even take a shower because it was either scolding hot or super cold. Never once got to shower. Don't stay on level 1 because in these old buildings you can heat the entire lobby. The staff was very friendly so that's why I didn't give it 1 star but they never came to fix the shower.

Loved our room! Very cute and quaint. Easy and fast check-in and Brianna was so sweet! Location is close to French Quarter and Bourbon St. so no need for any Ubers/Lyfts. Would love to stay back here again! Also, they charge $12ish reservation fee for each night which I didn't know when I booked through Priceline.

To start, it is a nice hotel. But there are a few things they need to figure out. First off their "continental" breakfast consists of cereal and bread with no toasters and thats it, deffinatelly not what we were told. The windows in the room are single pane, so it is very loud with traffic noises in the room. Also one morning they decided to test the fire alarms without telling anyone. Woke up from a dead sleep and they played it off as if nothing had happened.
