I'm really happy to find this place in my area because I'm vegan and gluten free and the other restaurants with options always have lo waits. Good start Rouses but gluten free VEGAN bread is needed along with non dairy butter and would be nice if they could make the vegan pancakes gluten free. I build my own bowl with tofu scramble and the seasoning is great and very accommodating Chef that can tailor some things. More vegan gluten free pls and hope Rouses does this in all their locations ESPECIALLY Tchoup location. It's nice to see Rouse's finally stepping up.

Good selection. But why in the name of all that's holy do they have their cheeses spread over 3 different places in the store!?!!?.But it is a good store.

It's too small, you can hardly find what you're looking for

One of the cashier doesn't pay attention while packing, is the third time that she charges for items that at the end are not packed. You pay for products that you are not taking home, because she forgets to pack, but you paid for them.

Food is good. Breakfast is standard nothing over the top not mind blowing. The indoor seating is awkward but cooler than the patio and the employees are warm and amazing . Patio seating has fans but they aren't moving the air at All. Misting fans would turn this space into the perfect courtyard On Saturday they have bottomless bloody Mary's and on Sunday bottomless mimosas.

The food here is superb for a grocery store dining area. Me and my coworkers stopped in for Lunch and the cook was extremely helpful and friendly. He cooked up our veggie burgers to perfection and fried the fries crunchy and well seasoned. He then came and brought our meal to us. We agreed the meal was excellent and were utterly surprised. There is a bar and nice indoor and outdoor seating available.

Amazing food first of all some of the best in the city. Chef Christie is a great chef of New Orleans if that gives you any indication of the quality of the food. First time today I realize they do brunch Saturdays and Sundays $12 bottomless mimosas $12 bottomless bloody Mary’s and the Saints game what a deal. Huevos rancheros vegetarian burger mushroom fries and gumbo amazingVegetarian options: The best vegetarian menu in the city no kiddingKid-friendliness: Definitely family and kid friendlyParking: There’s a parking lot and there’s also a lot of street parking but they have their own parking lotDietary restrictions: They will do anything you need here like everything is amazing food is incredible wow

BOORING!Limited selection for healthy, plant-based, organic or anything remotely adventurous, just your typical Nawlinz SLOP.That stuff is OK every once in a while, but I respect my body, and fill it up with high-quality fuel like bok choy, chard, watercress and quinoa, not garbage like crawfish, shrimp, andouille sausage and fried catfish.I realize that many poor people survive off fat, greasy, fried foods, but I was under the impression that this neighborhood was more civilized. I am 100% certain that the selection of unhealthy foods in this store will be a major setback in the progress of our community’s development. We need to STOP selling poisonous foods to our neighbors, because let’s face it… They’re not going to help themselves. If they ate higher quality foods, they wouldn’t be sick all the time and miss work. They wouldn’t be impoverished from medical bills and could afford to buy nicer things (like healthy food). In reality, there’s a reason they’re poor, and it’s because they’re not the sharpest tool in the shed so I think we need to step up as a community, stop poisoning them, break the cycle, and get them up to speed.I brought this up at the neighborhood associating meeting last week and everyone echoed the same sentiment. For the most part, the other ladies do the bulk of their shopping at Whole Foods (which is a shame because there’s a grocery store in walking distance), Alas, they’ve chosen to stock their isles with products that I don’t even consider “food“.

Be very cautious of their raw seafood. You will most likely get food poisoning and in bed for a couple days. The shrimp and salmon, especially. Not buying meat here again.

Absolutely terrible. We went there based on the great reviews and had one of the worst experiences ever. Ordered two omelets and then waited outside. After about 20 minutes we were brought one breakfast burrito with onions and peppers. We explained that wasn't what either one of us ordered. The server tossed it in the trash can in front of us and then went back inside. They discovered that the ticket fell on the floor and they just tossed the meal of the person who ordered just before us. After 15 more minutes we were brought another breakfast burrito and and one omelet. Again, not right. We were willing to just eat these anyway, but the ingredients inside were also completely wrong. After a third attempt, we got the correct omelets. Both were bland. We wasted over an hour of our day for a frustrating experience and lousy food.

Love this store. Staff is always kind and helpful. It doesn't have as much variety as other Rouses but is a smaller location and carries the necessities.

Go to the restaurant section. They have the most amazing club Sandwich. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Fresh food at a great price.
