Very upsetting. I donated way more then needed to. I was glad they took my son in tho. The parking is horrible. The staff take all the spots. My son had just gotten outta surgery and the woman over it wanted us to park streets over. They was suppose to order us some food but instead they tried to give us old food. The room covers had stains all over them. A horrible experience.They gave us a dusty hot room

Just a wonderful organization - they housed my husband & I last year while our daughter was in the NICU, and we'll never forget the hospitality and comfort we felt here. Thank you for all you do to everyone from directors, volunteers, shuttle drivers, cleaning crew and all who make this space a safe haven for families!

Excellent staff & accommodations. Only drawbacks were bathroom was down the hall from our room & it was quite cold.

We can’t thank you all enough. From housing us during this very difficult transition. To facilitating a community for us to navigate this new journey that we are on. Jennifer went above and beyond to provide support for our family. You all created an environment for us to be able to accept help without shame or guilt. We feel grateful to have met such kind and gracious people. Thank you Jennifer, Corey, Bob, Steve, Eugene, Xiomara, Devona, Crystal and all of the kind hearted volunteers that provided home cooked meals and amazing blue dot donuts. We looked forward to our rmdh treats and sweets. Thank you all for being part of the rainbow, coming out of the storm.

We have stayed more than once and the entire staff including the night security are the best. RMH New Orleans makes it possible for parents to focus their attention where it should be - their child.
