Regarding the pharmacy, I really am convinced that there is not a better Walgreens pharmacy in New Orleans. I made the mistake of thinking that they could fill my prescription that came in at 8am at the one near me by the time I got off at 5. I was wrong. My wife was going to this Pharmacy and Kevin had it ready by the time we got there. He also fixed corporate's mistake of scheduling a pickup during closed hours. Keven looked busy and tired, but he came through for us anyway tonight. Thanks.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. The pharmacy “manager” serially put me on hold for 15 minutes straight. I went in, not a soul in line to the pharmacy and when I inquired about it without a shred of sympathy she said “Oh yeah the phones work just fine in here. They’ve been ringing all day.” My experiences here have all made me never want to use Walgreens ever again.

First of all, let me just say how relieved I was after I called multiple stores looking for a specific canvas product and this location was the only one with plenty in stock (First Green Flag). Second, the product quality was great, except for a little hiccup on a few items. I kindly asked what could be done and was told they could be reprinted and ready for me the following day. Today, a few were still not to my liking, and the associate offered to reprint again and assemble them while I wait. I really didn't want to take away from their tasks but I was in dire need of my prints at the moment. I patiently waited for about 20-25mins. I was expecting to be told to come back later for them because I know how tedious print jobs can be. I was beyond pleased with this last round of prints. Thank you to the store associates; from the gentleman who answered the phone who answered all of my inquiries to the woman (I believe her name was Danielle) who took the time to efficiently complete my order.

They give away prescriptions after 2 days of being notified. The Walgreens policy is 10 days elsewhere. They were ugly about it as well when I asked why it was given away. The prescription was on back order so I had to wait another month until filled. Think we are switching to cvs or mom and pop shop.

Monte Lynn and her superior sticking skills for the booster gets a 5+ rating.0 rating for the rest of pharmacy system. 3 for other staff. We were here early. Filled out everything online ahead of time. Got 1st booster at Walgreens but Walgreens staff couldn’t find it in their system. Couldn’t pull up our online info. Wouldn’t check us out the way we asked as separate orders. Everyone was nice though.

This isn’t my usual Walgreens pharmacy but the others I frequent were out of the medication that I needed today. So, I went where they had it and I’m so happy that I did. I haven’t encountered a more caring Walgreens pharmacist than I have today. I didn’t catch her name but I’ll always be thankful for the compassion and care I was shown today. Thank you!

This Walgreens is absolutely the WORST! I wouldn't even give 1 star! Terrible customer service! The workers are rude and not helpful. They are supposedly a FedEx drop off location. But don't trust that they will get your package to FedEx. Just found mine sitting since Monday! When asked about it no one has a clue or cares at all to help! I will not be returning to this location.

Have been trying to pick up prescriptions for 6 days. No info on opening. App says open when it’s not. No one answers phone (though they day someone will) and no way online to find out whether I can get prescriptions elsewhere. Store reopens but then pharmacy closed. Moving all family prescriptions elsewhere.
