Showed up during normal business hours and it was closed. Build9ng locked with no one inside. Called and no answer. So glad I didn't need to withdraw cash while I wait on a debit card.

I always get good service here. Sometimes lines are long for drive thru atm usage. Good having a reputable bank in the neighborhood.

I've had issues withdrawing money from this bank. I even had a teller questioning me about a sender sending money transfers. She wanted to know how did I know the sender I refuse to tell her and she replied that she had a right to know. Although the bank transfer had been cleared through my online account.

I've had only good experiences here. I'm not a banking advocate by any means, but the employees here, really know how to make a lady feel welcomed and special. It's a big city branch, yet they know me by name and always ask how I've been. Any account issues that I've had have been handled, quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. It's quite literally always a pleasure.

I have been to this location several times as I live in the area. Every time I go in here, I have a problem. This latest adventure was trying to get my debit card replaced. I went to Regions on St. Charles to get a new debit card. I was told that particular location doesn't do debit cards. The teller recommended me to the Gentilly or west bank location. I thought Gentilly might be easier because it's close to home, but I was leery because of my past experiences. Boy was I right. I walk into the branch and no one says anything. I get in line, and there is a woman ahead of me at the counter. There are two other tellers there who say nothing to me. Gretchen and a young man. Not a "Hi," "We'll be with you in a sec." Nothing. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The young man finally calls me to the window. Gretchen is still typing away on her computer, and poor Julia, who seems to be the only one working, is with a customer. I try to get my debit card but am told that LA Wallet is not accepted. Annoyed, I drive home, and return with my ID card. At this point it's close to closing time because remember, I'm coming by after work (thinking this would be a quick and easy task). A nice gentleman pulls me into one of the cubicles and helps me. He was great, but this branch as a whole needs work on their customer service. Gretchen is one of THEE WORST tellers I've ever come across. I'm not sure if she's good at her job or what reason they have for keeping her around, but she is rude and inconsiderate. I know she saw me, AND the man behind me, standing there. I don't ask to be treated like a queen. I'm not asking for them to kiss my feet (or my butt), nor am I asking them to take people being rude to them. But at the very least acknowledge the customers. I realize that tellers have other duties to do besides helping customers, but a "Someone will be with you in a minute," goes a long way. Being ignored is never a good feeling, especially from someone who's supposed to be helping you. Next time, I will go across the river like the very nice young lady at the St. Charles location suggested. Never again

I bank with regions and have for over a decade. I have been to several locations, and most are great. The poor review is for this location. The people are so rude. I got so fed up with this place and their lack of competence that I opened up a Chase account down the street and it was the best move I've made. I kept money because I like most Regions and their amount of banks, but I won't use this location again. fortunately, with the pandemic came more accessibility to doing things online. I typically avoid 1 and 5 star reviews unless the place is exceptionally bad or good, respectively. This location of Regions is the epitome of something you should avoid if you value your time and emotional health. Ignore my review at your own risk, and don't say you weren't warned.

This was not my best experience with a bank nor my worst. I ran off and left my wallet with all my cards lying on my couch or ottoman (I'm not sure which - apparently I'll find out when I get home.) So I come to my bank. First, they are only allowing two people at a time in, one to wait inline and one at the counter. I explain what happened abs can prove, through a series of questions I'm me. I even have picture identification and even a picture of my drivers license. Well, they'll let me have up to $50 (I only wanted $40 so it was fine.) But their attitude made a stressful situation even more stressful.

Every time I come to this bank there are extremely long wait times whether you go in the drive through line or inside. This place is either poorly managed or needs more tellers. I also have an account at capital one and even when they’re short staffed the wait is never this long. I believe the only reason this place has customers is because they don’t have many regions locations in this area and NONE in New Orleans east! My employer uses regions and that is the only reason I keep this account open.

An absolute nightmare at this bank. Never again
