I’m writing this review because it’s very personal to me. I recently switched to Mr. Reggie Glass office the best thing I could have ever done! I was faced with a very unique situation. Yolanda went above and beyond to help me. I’m writing this review to encourage anyone who’s looking for a professional caring staff. Don’t hesitate to contact them. Mr Jame was so nice he was able to take time to help me out with my home owners insurance he is very very helpful I thank him so much Mr Glass you have a wonderful great employee Mr Jame and I will send more people to him he mad my day……

I’ve been with State Farm for over 15 years . Me and my wife ran into a problem and Ms Yolonda White worked tirelessly to make sure our claim was settled. We are truly appreciative for all the time and dedication she put in.

It’s SO refreshing to finally come across an insurance adjuster, like James Washington, in this stressful home insurance climate. Why this man hasn’t been given the title of “agent” yet is beyond me, but he absolutely deserves that title. I HIGHLY recommend.After my tedious journey of searching for new home insurance, James was the only rep I’ve found who was extremely patient with answering all of my questions… and most importantly, he did his very best to help me get the coverage I needed. He also did not try to sneakily inflate prices with options that I did not need, which I truly appreciate. James is very thorough, upfront, and one of the best adjusters I’ve seen in years.

I was having p with someone at the office that I deal with and couldn't get the answers that I needed, so I called and spoke with a very sweet woman and she helped me with everything that I needed. I even had to put her on hold, and when I clicked back over she was still holding on I wish that everyone could tear a page out of her customer service book. Thanks again ??

Very bad experience when they quoted me automobile insurance. Auto insurance was very expensive. Also the agents (plural) very unprofessional. Suggest human performance classes (plural). To redeem yourself support combat veterans! Your community does nothing for combat veterans! Greed! Smh

Everyone in the office is extremely professional helpful! I have never had a problem and I refer them to everyone I know. And from experience James Washington has always gone above and beyond to help me get the best deal. He definitely takes pride in being so knowledgeable.

Unresponsive, incompetent, and they spoke to me aggressively, yelled at me, and still got my bond wrong. I'm sick that I paid $110 for my notary surety, didn't get it before my previous bond expired and now my commission is suspended, paid $105 to record the bond with the land office, and the state rejected the bond because James Washington got the expiration date wrong, a very simple thing and now i have to pay an additional $105 to record the corrected bond whenever I get the corrected bond in my hands. He was rude and unapologetic, talked to me like i was a criminal as opposed to a valued customer and community servant. He was belittling, berated me, and made excuses when he relized it was their mistake. Absolutely deplorable.

I have been a customer of Reggie Glass State Farm Ins. over 6 years, and although all of the agents I have spoken with have been very kind and helpful, I have to say, that my favorite Agent is Jonathan Howell. Without fail, he has helped to resolve every issue I've had, and some issues were complicated. He is always kind, patient, processional, resourceful, and very knowledgeable. When speaking with Jonathon, it's like speaking with a trusted family member instead of a nice person just doing their job. I'm very thankful for him.....thank you very much Jonathan.
