AVOID!!!! Found counterfeit "antiques" made in china for extremely high price tags. They are very careful with there words. Found a fake zippo you can buy online for $25 and a clock from 1980's with a sign that said from the 50's . Extremely dishonest

I bought a zigzag sterling silver ring with sapphires. Later on the next day I realize two sapphires were missing one on each side in the same spot. I paid 150 dollars plus tax for this ring, only to find out later that it was a reproduction and you can buy them all day long on Ebay or Amazon for 29.00 to 39.00 dollars. All I can say is that I trusted blindly what the lady was telling me about the ring. That is my fault. But I will say this, Karma is 3 fold darling so keep doing what you are doing because in the end you will be the one to pay.

Beware of fakes. I recently bought an "antique" brothel coin from Rare Finds. I asked the owner point-blank if the coin was original and she said, "Yes." She also told me that original brothel licenses were extremely expensive. However, this supposedly original brothel coin was only $35. I asked why an original coin wasn't equally pricey. She said "because they didn't make as many," which made no sense. I rephrased the question, and she had no explanation for the pricing. Upon further research, this particular coin has shown up as nothing more than a gag gift reproduction on multiple sites, including Etsy. I'm not able to find a single original version of this coin anywhere. Either the owner has no idea what she's selling, or she flat-out lied. To make matters worse, her shop has a section full of racist figurines and other items. There were other problematic items in the shop. A quick google search shows this owner has a history of stocking offensive items. Steer clear of this place.

Delusional prices—you can get a six pack of Asian Buddha beer for $12, they were selling individual empty bottles for $21 a piece! Also, I overheard a shouting match in the streets and then went in to shop while waiting for my to go order. An employee was blocking the door, and then let us into a claustrophobic store crowded with junk. They didn’t have any unique wax steak stamps, she struggle to show me an item that I declined and then she became defensive over a question I asked.. when I was leaving the store, they laid out a parking cone in the street and told me “it is hard to find parking“. I realized it was the same people who were threatening to sue a man over a parking spot in front of their store.

BEWARE OF THIS LADY! So many FAKE items inside! If I could give this lady less then 1 star I most definitely would! She was the rudest, and pushiest shop owner I have ever met. Everything in the store was a “Rare Find!” Way over priced items, that were mostly fake. The store had so many things inside you couldn’t move around very easy! Signs all over “You break it, Consider it bought” So do not take your children in there and be very careful with your bags. She did not like it if you were looking at something and she would come over start telling you things about it and you knew more than she did about the items. All her items had a story she would make up about it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Beware of this Place!

This lady is a scam artist. We found her store when we went out exploring. Lady claimed the ring was a solid rose gold ring along with opals and white sapphires. My boyfriend (now fiance) asked her point blank that the tarnish concerned him that it wasn't a solid rose gold ring and that can they clean it. She said she could if we brought it first, she sweared it was a solid rose gold and that she has been in business for over 20 years. We stepped out the new research on if rose gold tarnishes and it said it did. Ended up purchasing a piece because I really loved it, but she never cleaned it. Afterward I had to get the ring sized and our jeweler back home said it was silver just rose gold plated.. Was able to clean it up and only when it was cleaned up, did we see the 925 stamp. I wish I would have thought of it but I did a Google lens search and was able to find the same exact ring for 50 bucks versus her $500 less price.. I still love the ring as my fiance proposed with it but she tarnished the experience.

Small antique store with a large selection of rare things you may only ever find in New Orleans. They do offer shipping for your purchase.

Wow, a really disturbing amount of racist and anti-Semitic items and dolls. Slave shackles, KKK statues, swastikas, you name it. Don’t shop here, don’t support this.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would! The store has some neat lookin things especially when the owner presents them as unique but they are not!! My friend bought a gift of what we were told was a unique map which the owner claimed she had only ever seen 2 of in her time. Later in the day after purchasing the map we walked by the store to see the same exact map hanging up. I confronted the owner about her shady business to which she denied all claims even though the evidence was right in front of her face! This is the worst kind of store and she is the worst kind of person. I will never recommend and further warn other visitors of New Orleans to not shop here as she is a fraud and a terrible person!!!
