Today September 13, 2024 I went to this gas station to buy my coffee, I come from Mississippi, they have always treated me well on Racetrak, this place is the worst, I bought 2 Arizonas and a coffee for 8 dollars and I gave a 20 bill, the cashier gave me 8 in change and I complained, I told her my change is 12 and she got angry, she insulted me with an ugly look and there was another dark-race man who yelled at me, go back to Mexico just because he looked at me like a Hispanic, I am a citizen of Texas and the truth is I felt bad, a discrimination, this gas station needs to change all the employees outside, there are bad people asking for money, how scary, I will never go to this place, it needs to be better to stop at Brother's right away, they treat customers better

Worst race track known to man none of the pumps ever work. They take your money don’t pump your gas. The workers are lazy and ghetto. The line is always almost to the door with one cashier at all times no matter how busy it is will take your money and the workers will just tell you oh well

Broken pumps, never any receipts, always filthy inside and out and cashier’s are not usually friendly. Possibly the worst racetrak ive ever visited

The health department needs to be notified,every morning you go in to get coffee the whole station is infested with flies totally gross and unexceptable,Management needs to stop being lazy and monitor this location better.

They have so many unnecessary rules, only THIS race trac. I go to Belle chasse, gretna, Lafayette location and the rules are different. I get I have to show id but why are u telling me I can’t give my bag to the person that’s with me? Everyday new rules! They need MANAGEMENT!! REAL MANAGERS!! They’re disrespectful and will lose plenty of business here. Just sad. Lotto shuts down every night before 8 or 9pm. Flies everywhere! Somebody needs to pay em a visit ASAP!

This location is a total joke and filled with arrogant young employees, I have never been treated this badly at any store. I truly hope your business suffers because of the type of personel you choose to employee. I cant even rate you, there is no excuse for anyone to be treated this way.

Done with this location. I spend well over $100 a week at this location between food and drinks alone, go to purchase a while pizza from the premade counter (multiple signs up saying to do so) just to be stopped by the woman at the Deli stating I have to ask permission to take a whole pizza despite multiple signs stating you can do so. Tried to tell her the signs all say I can and she claims when the pizza is low you can’t take an entire pizza (there were 3 entire pizzas btw) Too much drama over a $10 pizza, and similar incidents have happened before.

It's aggravating when you drive 10-20 minutes to a store for a coffee only to be closed!!! Would not be a problem if it said it is not open. Not just this store... literally, only 1 or 2 racetrac are open at night for someone to get a fresh cup of coffee. Please update your hour so you don't waste people time and money.

Hope the owner sees this , supposed to be a 24hr gas station and after 11 it’s always closed with the employees hiding in the kitchen and won’t give service , card machines to pump gas are not working and the gas station it’s always out of e85 fuel , it needs to get better .
