Just wanted to say that the Roasted Strawberry Creole on a waffle cone at French Quarter Fest was easily the best strawberry ice cream I’ve ever had because it blew. my. mind. Will be seeing y’all a lot more often this summer, thanks!

Quintin’s Ice Cream was founded in late 1998 by Pastry Chef Quintin Quinlivan, to produce unique Ice Cream and Sorbet for local restaurants and hotels. We started at Gold Seal Dairy in Mid-City and later moved our production to a new facility in the Irish Chanel in early 2002. During that time, we have formed relationships with local chefs to produce unique flavors of ice cream and sorbet, and we continue to do that for upcoming local chefs. We at Quintin’s Ice cream have always enjoyed coming up with new and unique flavor for our customers.
