We came Sunday around 2 pm en route to the congo festival at louis armstrong park. Restaurant area was packed but my order came quickly. The poyboys are great and mine was stacked with chicken so it was a good value. The order of fries was huge and delicious. Probably the best red beans and rice I've ever had its like a pint size container for 5.99. Also, try the egg rolls, they were good too. Affordable, fast, and friendly so we will definitely be back (probably too often ?) best red beans in the city

The catfish poboy was the best one I had in New Orleans. Huge size, lots of catfish, and the catfish was fried and seasoned perfectly. The staff is super kind as well. I want to return to try some other items. I saw a few locals order their gumbo and fried chicken while I was waiting.

One of the best catfish po boy I had in the city. A nice deli on 836 Burgundy St. A nice takeout section in the back. I ordered the catfish po boy which was $11.99 for a footlong deliciousness. Whilst waiting for my order, locals came in to order their po boy and Gumbo. I knew right away this must be delicious. I waited 8mins in anticipation and it didn't disappoint. The poboy was stuffed to the brim with fried catfish, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ate half of it, took a break and went back to it. You will not be disappointed.

Hidden gem recommended by a local. The po’boys are large and amazing!!!! We tried the shrimp and Philly cheese steak. This was my favorite food out of all the places we ate at in the French Quarter.

Thoroughly enjoyed my catfish po-boys and gumbo from the Quarter Grocery. Quality food for a fraction of the price compared to one of those touristy restaurants in the French Quarter. The catfish po-boy is literally packed with fish meat. We stopped by here twice to pick up lunch before going on our excursions.

Shrimp poboys delicious. Perfectly prepared. Red beans and rice flavorful and creamy. Beans are tender. Ready for pickup in a brief twenty minutes.

Shrimp po boy. A whole sandwich full of fried shrimp in abundance, fully dressed and delicious. Definite bodega vibes but if you aren't used to that don't let it throw you off. Get it and enjoy!!!

Best Shrimp poboys in the area! Very affordable than most in the area! My friend also loved his roast beef poboy!
