I found Pro Finess Trainers (Eric Capers) four years ago, and it changed my life. Arthritis in my knees had been getting worse for a long time, and my doctors just said I should walk more. Eric is a physical therapist as well as a personal trainer, and we started working on my strength and mobility - baby steps because I was so out of shape. Over time, I started to lose weight, regained my balance, and got so much stronger that after the first year I was able to walk in the Saints Kickoff 5k race. I started training with Eric and Pro Fitness Trainers in June 2020 in preparation for my wedding in October. In addition to wanting to look great in my wedding dress, I also had a goal to learn to lift weights safely.Eric is an incredibly motivating trainer that genuinely invests in his clients. His training sessions are informative, challenging, and worthwhile. I’ve seen so much progress in terms of how I feel, the way I look, and my own personal strength. I have worked with Eric for almost 6 months and the results are incredible. I passed my physical fitness test with flying colors, my strength has increased dramatically, and I see a visible difference in my body shape and muscle tone. Eric understands what you are looking for in a workout and will tailor it to your needs. I look forward to my workouts and have learned more than I thought I could about the importance of fitness and my personal capabilities.

Eric is the greatest! He's sweet and fun, but serious about your workout. He listens to your concerns and pushes you to do your best. I'd definitely recommend Eric if you're trying to get in shape.

An update: I started working with Eric on August 23, 2017. Going to the gym just twice a week for cardio and lots of work with weights, guided by the incomparable Eric Capers, Pro Fitness Trainers, has changed my life. Now, it's official! According to the doctor's office, I weigh 20 lbs less than I did a year ago. She said I have added years to my life, I have much better strength and balance, and my whole bearing has improved. I can second that opinion. The only thing is, the more I do, the more I want to do, and my goals move slowly higher. What a rush!

Eric and his team have been a wondeful part of my road to recovery. I was injured in a serious motorcycle accident in Dec. 2017 and had been goin at it alone. Which was more than any struggle ive known. I couldnt handle it by myself. I found Eric's help & Since I have been moving forward by leaps an bounds with the knowledge he an his experienced team have, it has taken me further than I could have expected. Growing stronger..looking fit..I get compliments all the time on how fit I look..lol..an everyone cannot believe the major changes. Im almost in shock at the results in such a short time.. I look forward everyday to more of those changes an my time with pro fitness trainers. Thank all of you so much I never thought so much would be possible an its only the beginning.

Eric is the best trainer ever! I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable and super nice. He's tough but the like of tough like where you get sick and pass out. He's attentive to health issues. He just has good energy- always positive and inspirational in support of your goals.
