“I needed some programs printed in color on nice paper, and have never printed in a store before. I kind of expected it would not end well, but the employees who assisted were super helpful. They were swamped but patient and helpful with customers trying to figure out self service printers. Surprising experience. I buy things here a few times a year and seems everyone working is happy and friendly, not what you see at at every big box store”

Chris saved the day for our work-related going away party, at the last minute/same day printing an oversize photo print of our colleague's last large scale project at a new build shipyard. They did such a great job that his wife teared up when she saw the framed photograph and told us she planned to hang it in their new home. One of the best printers we've worked with, with reasonable pricing, customer service extraordinaire, and great quality print (wonderful highlights/low lights, shadow areas - not an easy print). If we need anything printed for our office needs, special events, or personal projects, we will use DocuMart. We suggest you give them a try to.”

I did some Yelp searching and found this location. It was close to enough to my event location so I thought it would be an easy in and out. Well, I also forgot that there's always a random conference or two downtown, so you can imagine my shock and horror when I discovered that not only was this FedEx in the lobby of a hotel, but that they were actively hosting a conference. I'm not going to lie to y'all, my soul left my body briefly, because I just KNEW this was about to be a JOURNEY. Of course it was popping, no Chris Brown, in the print center so we settled in and began to use the self-print option. Should be easy enough. If you can pick up where this is going, you can insert the narrator's voice here "it was in fact, not easy", lol. However, shout out to Bam and Trey, the skilled and knowledgeable staff at the print center. They were so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful even though they were completely slammed. They answered all of my questions about paper, helped me to troubleshoot, and got me everything that I needed in time for my event. They expertly took all of the hurdles in stride and maintained such a positive attitude throughout the entire time we were there. While it's not the most convenient location for most, if you're in the area and need printing services, you won' t be disappointed with the customer care--their professionalism is beyond impressive. You may just need to pack a little extra patience if there's a conference in town.”
