My salesman Brian Brown was great to deal with! I felt that he was always honest and respected my bottom-line. Definitely recommend dealing with him if you’re in the market.
One thing to note: You cannot trust “Honda Certified Pre-Owned” on their website. I had to specifically ask at the dealership to find out that the vehicles were not actually certified.

Visited this dealership for the first time and they were great! Mark Walter’s was awesome. He wasn’t pushy and met our requirements for a vehicle and payment. Very good experience! Will do business with again in the future!

Car was not ready when they said. Car didnt get cleaned like they said. When i looked at my vehicle i had a few scratches and dents that were not there when i originally brung the car in.

Kevin in service is AMAZING!!! He got us right in for our oil change, very knowledgeable-helping us understand some of the features of our van, super funny, and such a pleasure to work with. Shirley the cashier ensured we were able to utilize all of our coupons and discounts. These two are definitely a valuable asset to Premier Honda.

The services okay when purchasing a vehicle but when he came the quality of the vehicle it was horrible this vehicle that was purchase that should have been inspected has had nothing but problems from all the lights coming on to the air condition system quitting and all of this happened in less than 2 weeks of purchase would not recommend the purchase of a vehicle at that location at all

I purchased my vehicle on June 20 which was the world wide data breach in the vehicle industry. My original salesman was Kyron. I submitted most of my information electronically.Josh spoke more specific numbers with me and we agreed to a deal on that previous Monday. I advised Kyron that I was driving 4 1/2 hours to the dealership and specified a date and time I would be there which would be that Thursday at 9:15am and needed to be back around 3:30pm and if the paperwork could already be printed and vehicle ready to go when I got there. Kyron assured me this would happen.On that Thursday, I texted Kyron when I was about 10-15 minutes out. I did not receive a response. When I arrived at the dealership, I asked for Kyron and the gentleman said Kyron was not there, but assigned Brian to be my salesman. Kyron never showed up at the dealership, at least for the five hours I was there. None of the paperwork was complete nor was the vehicle in front ready for me to view. I asked Brian if I could go on a test drive since I have not driven the vehicle yet. As I was driving, the question of having a second key fob came up, and Brian agreed that he would get me a second fob. This was promised three more times during the sales process. At the very end, after the paperwork was signed, he stated that he isn't the one that could make that decision and couldn't get me another key fob. Whether it was paid for by the dealership or myself (I would have totally been ok including it in the deal considering it was a used vehicle), I was still denied a key fob. When I arrived at the dealership, of course, none of the paperwork was printed and ready for me to sign. While sitting at Brian’s desk, he was walking across the showroom floor from his desk to (what I would assume) was CJ's desk asking me specifics of the deal such as how much I was putting down, how much the agreed upon finance rate would be, what the agreed upon monthly note would be, what my tax rate would be, etc. It wasn't until after all this was asked that he asked for my license to be copied and assumed I said who I said I was and there for what I said I was there for. I would have appreciated discussing personal information in a more secure location, instead of talking loudly and going back and forth on the showroom floor where there were other customers and employees. Brian also had me sign all the initial paperwork such as my credit report which I would have preferred the sales manager or finance manager to go over with me. While signing, I was promised the second key fob twice more. Before I was brought into the finance office, Brian again promised me a new fob. Shawn, in the finance office, was frustrated and I completely understand. I would have preferred him to respond to the current situation a more professional, it was in fact a difficult situation. I left with only my temp registration and my loan paperwork. No bill of sale. My credit received TWO hard inquiries because of this dealership not being prepared. Once on June 17 and again on June 20. Brian was the sterotypical salesman telling the consumer all the "right" information and then completely denying items promised after the official sale. Walking to the car after signing, Brian was definetely rushing to finish up the deal (after I waited for a bit for him to finish the very non-profressional conversation at the receptionists desk) at which point it was now 1pm. I really needed to leave. Despite the obstacles and frustrations a data breach can cause, I feel if the sales team had a solid and complete sales process, most of these things could have been avoided also considering some of the mistakes were made a day or so before the breach. I would not recommend this dealership, just because I was outright lied to on four separate occassions. No matter how small the promise was, Brian still denied his word and solidified the untrustworthy reputation of this dealership. The dealership photo had the incorrect vehicle purchase listed.
