AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. The staff is very unprofessional and lack sufficient knowledge about their jobs. I have never had to deal with a dealership for MONTHS after purchasing. They blame the banks and each other for mishaps that happen, there is no accountability. You have to call and call to get answers or even just show up there because they sometimes don't answer the phone or simply can not answer ANY QUESTIONS. Never had a dealership forget to send in my paperwork to put a bank as a lien holder which almost cost me my APR % and another credit pull. Sales manager Joe C is one of the worst to deal with. Like most dealerships, once they get your money/check, you do not matter.

While in the process of trying to purchase a vehicle, we were told we were not allowed to have a third party to do an inspection of the vehicle, "too nit picky", "we're going to lose money if we put money into providing a new battery" (the battery had to get jumped in order for the vehicle to turn on). We were not treated with courtesy or respect.

By far, the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. I had an appointment on Thursday, 8/4/23. I arrived at the dealership right around 5pm. When I first arrived, they were polite. I met the general manager, Dwayne, with whom I had communicated over text. He was very friendly, and shook my hand. He then assigned one of his workers to me, I THINK the guy's name was Chris? Honestly, I can't remember, but we'll call him Chris.Chris was where it all went to shit. The first car he grabbed for me was a Hyundai Kona, which I could tell immediately was just not a comfortable car for me (not the dealership's fault). The second car I sat in was a Honda CRV, which was also just not the right feel. Finally, I test drove a Toyota RAV4, which I did like, but I wasn't quite ready to settle. It had been a while since the last time I went to a dealership, so I really wanted to get a feel for a few different cars and when I found ones that were comfortable, then I'd want to test drive it. Chris never had the information I needed, he had to go back in to find out how much they were selling the Toyota for (which had just arrived, as it still hadn't been cleaned. He started shaming me when I suggested a desire to test drive more than 2 vehicles. He laughed at me, rolled his eyes, told me "most people only drive like one or two cars. I mean, what, do you wanna drive every car here? You can't just drive every single car in the lot" I had only test driven ONE car by that time. The second car I was interested in test-driving, a Jeep Compass? WAS DEAD. After that, his entire attitude changed. We test drove a Nissan Murano, which I would've loved but the steering wheel was really hard to turn. Chris was dismissive, he played on his phone while sitting in the passenger seat, and when I asked him various questions, he would give me one or two word answers. By the time I was done test-driving the third car, it was quite clear the guy was bored and ready for me to leave. He also claimed that pretty much all the cars they had would be out of my price range, despite my having seen SEVERAL cars listed on CarGurus, under the $20,000 range. I don't care what cars they have, I am never stepping foot in that place again. I'll take my money and my business elsewhere.

Logged on to their Website and filled out PRE- QUALIFICATION Application. Application CLEARLY states WILL NOT IMPACT CREDIT SCORE and GET PRE-QUALIFIED at PREMIER HONDA. Filled out application with the understanding this was a soft credit pull ( Will not impact credit score ). Minutes later I get credit alert for HARD inquiry which made my credit score go down. Called dealership and sales manager told me I was being a phone tough guy ( says the salesman... ) called back talked to Gen Manager who was nicer on phone but stated I checked a box that gave them rights to do a credit check. So let me get this straight, Application says in Bold letters at top WILL NOT IMPACT CREDIT SCORE and PRE-QUALIFY yet has a box you must check to continue with application for hard inquiry? VERY misleading and now have hard Inquiry for 2 years now.

I used to own a 2011 Honda Accord and absolutely loved it...great car. Due to circumstances I had to trade it in. Obviously, I wanted to stay with Honda, so I purchased a 2022 CR-V Touring. Mostly a very nice vehicle. But after traveling through several states, I have found out the GPS is complete crap! We have resorted to using our cell phones for navigation. That should be a major embarrassment to Honda. I contacted them about the issue...they said "thank you" and closed the case. For this reason, I will never recommend Honda to ANYBODY!!

Don't waste your time with these folks, being nice here just referring them as folks. Premier reinforces the negative connotations of car dealerships. I spoke with salesman over the phone and specifically asked him if there were any bs add ons and he told me no. Lo and behold I went there today and they add something called Premier ProPack at addition cost. The last sentence in add is "Premier ProPack is additional cost". No where does it say it is mandatory and costs almost $2,300. Really tried to low ball me on my trade showed me a printout of what some dealers paid for Rangers on the West Coast at auctions. The West Coast? I'm in Louisiana where people buy more pickups in CA. I would not have wasted my time if these people were honest up front. Tried to tell me all dealers add mandatory packages like these so I started to tell him no I've bought 3 2022 vehicles from different dealers and manufacturers I didn't pay for bs add ons, he started walking away as he knew he was wrong.

I am really peeved as I am writing this. I brought my car in for an oil change on Friday and was advised that the wait would be about three hours. It was recommended that I return early Tuesday morning, which I did, and lo and behold I have been waiting for over three hours. The wait would have been more convenient on Friday, but I believed that if I waited until Tuesday and got up really early and brought my car out here it would be attended to more quickly. I thought I was scheduled, because my name and phone number were taken and I was told what time to come. I find it inconsiderate.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at this location. Dropped my car off at 8:15 for a brake flush and headlight bulb replacement. Sounds simple enough right? Not for this location. I had to call to check on the status of my car about 3 times around 11am, but I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I ubered back to the dealership and I walk in and see a service tech engaged with their cellphone so I guess whatever was going on there took priority over answering calls from customers????? I come back to find out that my car needed an additional bulb replacement, and I agree upon a price/wait time. I ubered back home and waited. I called to check on the status again because I guess a call to a customer to let them know the car is ready is hard. Shockingly no one answered, so I ubered back to the dealership. Waited another 1-1/12 and finally I see my car pulled out front. Great! I'm going home. NOT! It takes another 30/45 minutes because the service tech is "working on my bill". I go back to their desk to find out that I would need to come back because my repair is not complete as a part was missing. Reader...no one communicated this to me and I am going on 6 hours of back and forth. It would have been nice to be paid for the day that I spent there! Gets better! I am then told that I need to pay for my part to be shipped because wait what??? I have to pre-pay for an item that should already be in the inventory? Not in this economy and certainly not from a company that doesn't communicate or outline clearly what is happening. I was also told that I would have to come back to have the part installed because of course I want to spend another 6 hours as a non paid employee of Premier( which isn't so premier at this point) but they would be generous enough to waive labor fee. I'm sure you laughed as hard as I did. I had about as much as I could take and just paid and left. I have no idea if a part will be sent but I don't ever intend to go back to this location ever again. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

If I could put 0 stars, I definitely would have. Extremely disappointed with this location. Made an appointment to schedule service for the airbag recall, when I dropped it off, service lady stated that it will be ready in the evening for pick up. Which I decided and stated to the lady that I will be picking it up the following morning and left my phone number and information with her. Assuming my car service was completed, I came to pick up my car this morning and was told that they are not sure why, but the service was not done. So needless to say, SERVICE WAS NOT COMPLETED ( not sure WHY NOT). Wasn't able to leave my car over the weekend nor had time to do a rental, so essentially, I wasted my time going to this place because nothing was done. I understand if I didn't make an appointment, but an appt was made and my schedule was arranged. Update: called service manager -- he stated the parts comes from the manufacture and it takes days to come in, NOT SURE WHY THIS WASN'T TOLD TO ME. Felt like he was no help at all, transfer me to the supervisor, who did not pick up. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! Made this appt two weeks ago and the manager said they do not order the part till the car comes in. Never was this discussed with me!

I called in the evening to make a test drive appointment for the next morning. When I arrived I was told that the car must have been sold and was I interested in something else? This is a terribly unprofessional business practice.

This place is terrible. Never mind that their 60-90 minute estimate for a few basic maintenance procedures ended up taking 3 hours. I'm more upset about the fact that the minute I drove out of there I heard a weird noise from my back tire, and when I arrived home and could look at it (after a significant drive on the Interstate) I found that MY TIRE WAS COMING OFF MY VEHICLE. That's right -- out of four lug nuts, only three were still there, and they were so loose I could have removed them with only a few bare-handed twists. Avoid this place at all costs.

At the present moment, I am not very happy. I received in the mail today a photo from a traffic camera light for speeding. Well, it was from a license plate registered in my name from a vehicle that I traded in on a new car that I bought about ten months ago at this Honda Dealership. It was on another vehicle that was not mine. Apparently, the plate was not cancelled as promised and reused and or stolen. So, it was not properly secured. I now have to take my time to deal with this traffic camera ticket. Take days off to appeal the ticket, Then go back to court to prove it was not me. I also, have to take time to find a DMV open during covid and get this plate cancelled. I do not trust them. If I was you, I would go buy a car somewhere else. Do not get me started on the other things that happened.
