I've had great experiences using the Petco Grooming services. Especially since the new grooming manager arrived. It's very easy to communicate. Scheduling is great and so is the service. Thank you.

The smell of the place is disgusting! And watching how the purple and acted with cutting another dog's hair was not only unprofessional and immature but it was also border line aggressive. I will never take my pup their again.

The employees here at the check out are not following the mask mandate. They stood there with no masks and continued their conversation as I spend over $100 on pet food. All the while not saying thank you or addressing me in any way. So rude In so many ways. Will start ordering my pet food online.

I booked an online appt for my German shepherd service dog. I selected bath with breed specific trim and 3 spa package. When i dropped him off we discussed which 3 options i wanted with the grooming manager Stephen: teeth cleaning, breath freshening and additional brushing. They called later to say there were signs of fleas so we decided to get that instead of the additional brushing. When i picked him up, they had SHAVED HIM. Almost to the skin. Which you are never supposed to do to a doublecoat dog, except for medical reasons. And which i absolutely did not request. His hair is likely to grow back patchy, mangy and i have to monitor him closely for infection from bug bites, sunburn and heat exhaustion since he has now lost his protection and means of heat regulation. Very difficult situation since he's a service animal that was running outside everyday. I called and discussed with Stephen who did not seem to understand doublecoat dogs at all. Strange for a grooming manager. He said he would have Michelle the store manager call me back, but she never did. I certainly will never use Petco Grooming again and i worry about anyone else that brings their dog to this location.

This store has made a revamp with their staff everyone is super helpful and friendly, when my dogs have gone to get groomed there, the gentleman is awesome he's helpful, friendly and my dogs look good, he takes his time with them...

I booked online and when I arrived after driving from Bywater to Algiers the groomer wasn't there. I learned he had a problem because of the weather and because he hadn't planned well enough to have his client list with him there was no phone call. A day later I still haven't received a phone call. This is poor customer service no matter what the reason.
