Horribly disappointing customer service ? The vacuums weren't suctioning properly, so we asked an attendant for some help. His response was, "I guess they must be clogged." He couldn't be bothered to walk over 10 steps to check or even make a recommendation about which vacuum would work. So, sadly, our advice would be to go to Take 5 Car wash. Do not waste your money or time on this business since it's own management/ownership can't invest their own time and money in employee development.

My favorite pelicans point car wash is on Claiborne st.uptown New Orleans,it’s convenient for me and family,the staff is wonderful,Best Rhonda!

It's been a very good experience every time I go. I have a membership with these people. It's a very good price for what I get. I'm able to wash my car everyday and they treat me the same everyday. It's almost like family. I strongly recommend anybody to use this as a car wash. I've never had a scratch on my car from this business.

The goldfish crackers had been ground into my floor mats. The pollen near-permanently adhered to my windshield. Coloring sheets completed by my once smiling six year old now crumpled, containing week-old chewed gum and together had melted into the cup holders. I was downtrodden. My minivan smelled. My wife abandoned it and we soon became a one-minivan family rather than the efficient two. And then, thanks to google, I found the men and women of Pelican Pointe.
Now, I’ve gotten my car washed all over this city and other places I’ve lived. Hands down this was the best deal and best service I’ve had. Yes, you vacuum your own car, but man when I did that I found all sorts of disgusting things that has been missed by previous washes—unspeakable things. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pelican Pointe Car Wash, particularly the kind and helpful Aaron and Steve.
Happily, my wife and I have reclaimed our second van and after much scolding, our children will once again be allowed to ride in it.

Been using this car wash for years driving different vehicles over the years. Now I own a Acura RDX. Used the car wash like I normally do and we heard a loud bang noise midway through the wash. We felt the knock or like something drawing or running on the vehicle. You wouldn’t know until you’re done washing and check ur vehicle. Only to find long lines and swirls on both doors.
Spoke with So called manager on site. He claim he’ll check camera then contact in 2 days. No communication. We went back today Friday 14.. a different so called manager is on site and provided no solution or way forward. They confirmed to see the vehicle coming out but don’t see the damage done lol. How can you see the damage? The rubbers or equipment that yall have washing the vehicles are damaging the paint in the process of washing. There’s no way you’ll see it especially from a camera.
They are not liable for vehicles 7 years or older smh. It’s all good though.
Other motorist take heed.

I use Pelican car wash regularly in Harahan. I came to this one because it was closer to my parents home. Got here and they had no pre-wash station. I paid platinum which included tire shine and the shine was out of service. I get to the vacuums and they had no air nozzle, no towels and spray bottles and the vacuum was struggling to vacuum. You could see others were frustrated going from vacuum to vacuum to see which is better. Took my mother and I over 30 minutes to vacuum. I would not even recommend this location to anyone. Unless you want a car wash like the ones at the gas stations. Just basic with vacuum.

Great quality car wash, Pelican uses soft non scratch materials in the wash. Free vacuums, very fast.
