“I don't understand people's expectations. It's a pawn shop. It's used items. Either you want it or you don't ?. I've never experienced bad customer service here. However, I've witnessed impatient people/customers who clearly come with certain expectations that might not be met. If that's the case, then just go buy your items new or sell them elsewhere.
