Not sure what’s going on here, but I’ve been randomly rescheduled for two separate appointments without being notified or consulted for my availability. I thought the first time was a fluke, but it happened again today and it appears it’s being done intentionally.Whoever is scheduling appointments for Oschner orthopedics clearly doesn’t respect their patient’s time and it’s completely inconsistent with the level of care I’ve received at other Oschner facilities.

The place is nice and clean. Staffs were friendly and efficient. It was pleasant experience for my doctor visit here.

My wife rearranged her work schedule and prepared (physically, mentally, and emotionally) for a surgery to remove hardware from her ankle that is causing her pain. We were on our way to the hospital hotel to stay in so we wouldn’t have to drive over early in the morning, trying to beat the traffic. The hospital called just before five o’clock to inform us that the surgery had been cancelled. People can’t just plan another timeframe for a surgery. We can’t give back the extra days we’ve worked so we have the time off, later. Our coworkers who have had the extra days off can’t just say, “oh, well I guess my paycheck will be short since you can work your shifts, after all.” This is unprofessional and inexcusable to wait until the end of the day to inform someone of a cancellation. I know my wife wasn’t the only person who got that call today. I know the person on the phone was the messenger but he didn’t even have a game plan for when the surgery can be scheduled or any other options for her. This is completely unacceptable and infuriating. Now, we’ve got to wait to hear what our options are until tomorrow; which means other people are waiting to hear from us about what is going to happen.

The entire staff deserves recognition for excellence. From the moment I walked in the morning of surgery, every encounter was good. Pre-op- Sheiva RN and Dr. Richard were outstanding. PACU staff very good. I can’t say enough about my care on the post op unit. Paula, the unit manager, is amazing and the entire staff is also. It was the best care I have ever experienced. I forgot to take the cards to compliment staff, I should have completed them while I was there. I would still like to do that.I can’t leave out the OR team, great care there too.Anesthesia checked on me after surgery and were great with managing pain . Dr. Chimento and team also outstanding.I had two meals there, compliments to the food service department for great meals.I appreciated the visit from administration to see how things were going.I’ll be back soon for a second surgery and will have no concerns about my care.I’m very grateful for every single person who makes this hospital the great place that it is.Physical therapists also great!

They had to dig in me with a needle 3 times, 3rd time they finally got it other than that they were really sweet, kind, and they took good care of me I am 15 years old and I had surgery, and they were the best because I had the same surgery before and it was terrible, I love this place and everyone there they helped me put my clothes on and I was thankful for that, they got me anything I needed I had ice water when I woke up, they hold my hand during the shots and I am very thankful they did my surgery.

No temperature check at entrance to clinic. Staff talking to someone as I walked into clinic. I had entered the elevator when she yelled to me about me having a mask. I ignored her because she should have been doing her job of monitoring patients as they entered the clinic.

Dr Miceli is as detailed and efficient during exams as any doctor I’ve ever had. His staff is friendly and attentive. My experiences in the past with Dr Suri are the same. I’ve never seen a medical team that can give you results of tests within hours. Outstanding experience all around.

I was worried about my progress and the Physical Therapist assured me that what I felt was not a reinjury from the same trauma, but connective tissue inflammation. The surgeon is following up to reassure me as well. I hope I have not reinjured my my ACL or meniscus and do hope it is inflammation to the IT-band.

What a wonderful center for all things sports medicine. I had a procedure with Dr. Scott Montgomery and his staff this morning around 7am, and walked out around 10am with a wheeled walker and NO PAIN!! The location was clean and bright, and everyone was so nice and kind. Thank you all!!

The care was excellent, but mobile check in app told me I was checked in and after waiting a long time I was told I wasn’t checked in and had to go to desk.
