I truly believe this is the best gym in the city. Its my favorite place to be. My only regret is I didn't join sooner.

The greatest thing about this gym is the culture. Great workouts, fun sparring, responsible sparring partners.

Dropped in for open mat.. Ray (head coach) is the man.Super funny, welcoming and great teaching. Everyone was very friendly. Will definitely came back next time I’m in town
