My friend was not even drunk but had accidentally tripped over something in an aisle and one of the male employees kicked us out of the store because he claimed it had happened multiple times and that was not the case. Considering I was planning on purchasing things I did not appreciate how he treated us as if we were being disorderly and disruptive even though we were not drunk, loud, nor were there any other customers in the store at the time!

After spending over $400 dollars 2 days before Mardi Gras, some rude women stole my $59 Mardi Grad coming out of the hotel elevator and before getting into our Uber for our cruise. Do, we had planned to come back 8 days later and have it replaced... I was talked into a gold hat that was supposedly half price because it was now 8 days later. $39... after the guy in the costume thought it in a plastic bag sideways, he repositioned it claiming it would be better and protect it from hurting the hat. After CAREFULLY caring the hat back and placing it on my bed... I realized, I had not looked close enough and the way he had thrown it in the bag had indeed ripped the beautiful details off the hat. After a closer look... it was a mess, EVERYWHERE!! You could tell that it had already been repaired by the extra, crooked glue lines everywhere. I went back to have a conversation about it and DENNIS (if that's his real name) was horribly rude and pointed to a sign that said no returns. He acted as though I took it home and tore it up just to bring it back, it had obviously been repaired many times because it didn't hold up long enough to get home.... DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE RUDE, insensitive people that sell cheap things that can't endure being put in a bag... If they are that delicate... care about your product AND PACK IT SO IT CAN MAKE IT 5 BLOCKS BACK TO THE HOTEL!!! JUST BE BECAUSE PEOPLE BUY THEIR PARTY COSTUMES HERE DOESN'T MEAN YOUR CHEAP OVER PRICED CRAP WONT CATCH UP TO YOU!!! I spent enough money at your store... you guys could have done the right thing! Instead, I bought a better, cheaper one from your neighbor the NOLA STYLE! I suggest everyone else does too! They are kind awesome and have reasonable pricing!

The shopowner/storekeeper was incredibly rude and unwelcoming right off the bat and didn’t seem to enjoy his job. Spirit Halloween has better service

So rude, immediately scowled at us & insulted us later on when we picked something up. If you want to tell a customer something do it, but don't be an asshole please. You don't need to mess up someone's night for no reason. Store sucked too

The front desk chick was super rude, said “this b***** to her coworker while staring at me, complained the whole time about having to be at work, and then blamed me for the rip in the costume I tried on - which her coworker said it had been ripped since Halloween. I left without buying anything because screw that. I appreciate it though because then I found No Rules Fashion down the street which is amaaaaazing.

Large selection of costumes, wigs, and more. Need to be 18+ because of the "more". Staff was friendly and helpful, great experience.

There a costume store but they don't carry 80s costumes. Costume store should carry every genre.

Woody and Jai were absolutely amazing. We were on vacation, and swung in a couple of times to explore Halloween 2023 ideas. They absolutely helped us figure out what would/wouldn't work, and now I have tonnes of stuff prepared for months in advance!!!An amazing store with amazing service!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! I was stressed, looking for a last minute wig because mine didn’t come in on time for Halloween. Found this store, it had a huge selection, better prices than Amazon. I had fallen and scraped my knee on the street, right before walking in. I didn’t say anything and an angel woman noticed and ran to get supplies to bandage my knee and clean me up???? Amazing. I asked her name right as I was leaving… NIKKI!!!!!!! The owner of the damn store. Beautiful, humble, warm person. I highly recommend her store. Great people with great product. I will absolutely be coming back!

Extremely expensive costumes without the ability to try them on or return them. Unfortunately they are very popular and people have no self worth to not shop at a place that is a total rip off. They wanted $84 for a nun costume which was skimpy and not worth $84. The service was good but they didn't have any discounts. The bald white man dressed in a costume was very nasty, all other staff were nice and helpful. I would NOT recommend this place. Order online or go to party city or Spirit Halloween.
