The hotel is in a central location. Rooms are large, beds comfortable. The water pressure was very weak, warm water took forever, we discovered a dead cockroach in the room when we left. So generally a not so clean impression. The staff is mostly lethargic, slow and unmotivated. For example, the information about the cockroach was received without comment.

Unpleasant welcome, inefficient reception service, random room service...
Dishonest hotel with unjustified amounts debited and partially refunded, after numerous reminders.

cats are not allowed although booking says otherwise. I said that this was my emotional support, the man told me everything was fine. The next day the cleaning lady came and they wrote off money from me for my animals. When I contacted the administrator they said that we do not vouch for that man and we write off money from you.

DO NOT STAY HERE! CREDIT CARD FRAUD!
Stayed at the hotel in March/April. Fast-forward to October, 100’s of Euros have been fraudulently deducted from my credit card by someone at the hotel. No matter how great the location or the service or breakfast etc -no one wants to stay at a hotel where one’s credit card details aren’t safe and the employees can’t be trusted.

The absolute nicest, kindest staff members I’ve ever met. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, safe walking distance to everywhere. I will stay here time and time again. The entire staff as well as the city of New Orleans in general handled the crowd levels from TS weekend like absolute champs. Everyone was so friendly and helpful in every way possible. I highly highly recommend this place. Dexter (I believe was his name) at the front desk is a GEM ? I wish every customer service team had one of him. Thank you NOPSI and New Orleans for such an incredible weekend, y'all rock.

Had the best experience at the NOPSI hotel this weekend! The room was spacious, the staff was so friendly and helpful (shoutout to Dexter!), and the location was perfect! 12ish min walk to the superdome, great restaurants and parking nearby. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town

My 13-year old daughter and I stayed 2 nights at the Nopsi while in town for the Eras Tour. It was the perfect experience, and I highly recommend staying here if you want a central, safe, and beautiful place to relax while in New Orleans. It’s within walking distance of the French Quarter and also the Superdome. The staff were all helpful, friendly, and professional. Our room was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The rooftop bar is so cute!
Safety: We felt totally safe staying here!
Walkability: Walkable to Bourbon Street and more; also walkable to the Superdome!

We hosted an event here and while our event went okay, they tried to take advantage of us with the bill afterwards. First, we got a $7,000 bill for coffee and soda for an event with 35 people. That is $233 per day, per person for coffee and soda. When asked to see where we approved this in the contract, they sent us an invoice that they said we signed. Upon looking at the invoice, their catering director signed it in the customer approval section. My guess is they did this to try and say that we signed it. When I called them out on it, they admitted that we didn't sign it and were not disclosed the fees for this ahead of time but are still expecting payment for something we never agreed to pay for.
Very disapointed with the service and the crazy fee that they tried to slip in unnoticed.

We stayed six nights. Service was always quick. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pictures are from the pool and bar rooftop and the other is just a picture of the bar on the side in the lobby.

The rooms here were great. Nice location for being within walking distance of things to do. Valet service was great. The drinks at the bar here were too expensive for me. There was also a weird photo shoot going on in the middle of the hall on one of those nights. I'd stay here again.

My FAVORITEEEEE Hotel in New Orleansssss ?????????? They are simply Amazing and worth EVERY Penny and then Some !!! Great price for the Luxury not only aesthetic but SERVICE they provide this hotel also has a nice bar , dining and and snack store etc it’s Simply Everything you need in one barely have to leave the hotel ? The vibe is unmatched and the Staff is Very Friendly and nice from when you step foot outside to Leaving ! One of the bag ladies offered to help me with my bags soon as I got out of my ride ☺️☺️ Shout Out to her and All the rest of the beautiful Amazing Staff ???

Booked a suite several weeks in advance. Called twice within a week prior to arrival and requested roll away bed. Paid 1500 for one night btw for Taylor swift concert. 10/26/2024 Also upgraded to a larger suite in that weeks time. Arrived to the property and roll away was not in the room. Checked to clarify it was in the notes and it was. Was told its first come first serve for roll away bed. Ask how one could request a week or morning advance and how is that not considered first come….meaning what’s purpose of requesting early if it doesn’t guarantee a bed. Manager at front desk just looked at me and shrugged. Also will note that it’s a suite and had only 2 towels. Requested more and it’s 2 hrs later and no towels. Addressed this with manager as well when addressing rollaway bed…..still no mention of towels and as of this writing still gave t received them. Very poor customer service and very unprofessional. Travel to NOLA often & this appeared to be a new location I’d never stayed before but would consider in the future, but with this treatment will NEVER consider this hotel again.

Fantastic experience here! Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff and our room was immaculate! From the front desk staff to the valet, it was perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved the rooftop bar, and the drinks were top shelf!! Only bad experience was with the on-site restaurant, Public Service. Steer clear.... absolutely not!!
This hotel is in walking distance of Bourbon Street but far enough away for a quiet night's rest after enjoying the festivities.
Rooms: Very clean! Our bathroom was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and they had a nice selection of pillows.

Excited about the location and size of room! But had to hear a room's alarm go off for 40+ mins at 6am ona Saturday morning and the speaker for the fire alarm go off for 30+ mins on Saturday night. So highly recommend staying here if you are over with constant interruptions in your sleep.

Dexter is incredible and is the epitome of exceptional customer service. He made our stay at the Nopsi a wonderful experience from the second we stepped foot in the Nopsi he ensured my child and I were good. Such a wonderful and hospitable and exceptional service soul. The Nopsi hotel is wonderful, great spacious rooms in a great location. Loved this hotel and the service. We didnt want to leave! The restaurant downstairs for breakfast was fantastic.
Rooms: Clean and spacious.
Safety: We felt very safe!
Walkability: You can walk to the street cars which can take you practically anywhere.
Food and drinks: Delicious restaurant
