Staff changes have improved the experience at this location. Very friendly gentleman helped us buy a pipe in this quaint little shop. Good experience

the lady running the counter is nightmarish. she is very pushy and rude about selling you more cigars than you want and more expensive cigars than you want. that’s the game in a tourist town, don’t get me wrong. but all we went in for was a soda (because someone i was with was experiencing a time-sensitive diabetic emergency) and we were told there was a $10 minimum for credit card transactions. which is fine, but when we selected a cigar to purchase to meet the minimum, she didn’t ring up the soda with it (despite that we reminded her mid transaction to do so) and then demanded that we purchase another cigar to ring up with our soda. it’s whatever in the end; just be warned that you’re in for a weird encounter with an intense old babushka at this shop.
