We needed 2 cardboard cutouts of our mascot for a week long conference and MPress did not disappoint! I coordinated this job from Chicago and the cutouts were already delivered to my hotel by the time I arrived. I cannot thank the team enough for the care and detail they put into this project and for the great communication (shoutout Ash and Robin) - they also helped me coordinate the delivery during the Memorial Day Holiday Weekend - going above and beyond. I was in need of assistance for a time sensitive project. I called in the morning at 9:10am. Left a message with Ash. Never returned my call. I called back to check in at 4PM. I was told he left for the day. I asked to speak to another sales representative. The lady on the phone said, everyone has left for the day and she had an important call on the other line. I asked what time they close, she said 5PM, but I can't expect anyone to work after 4pm. Wow.

Service from the MPress team is absolutely beyond expectations. Printing is often seen as a commodity, but the people who do the printing make the difference. The staff at MPress sets the standard for an incredible customer experience. I called MPress needing a few signs printed with very short notice for an event. I was amazed at the lightning speed at which order taking, design and printing took place. Their sense of urgency at every level was shocking to me, but routine for them. This rush job, in the middle of Mardi Gras, was not for a high revenue client, but for a dear friend who is facing some challenges. Words cannot describe how great this company and it employees are. They have a new life long customer as long as I'm around. I recently created menus and programs that I needed printed with a short turn around time. I tried multiple print shops on the Northshore, and each of them referred me elsewhere. With time against me and million other tasks at hand, I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Kelly (literally an angel) who walked me through what I would need to get over. Each step of the process she was patient. She called me numerous times to ensure my final prints were how I would like and even informed me when she didn't have to of my errors. What more could I really ask for? I received a call from Kelly that my order was ready to pick up in almost no time. She worked diligently to ensure my order would be available prior to departing town. Her bubbly spirit was present throughout MPress. When I arrived to pick up my order every person was beyond friendly, and it genuinely felt like I was a long time customer. I'm looking forward to my next order. Guaranteed greatness is what you can expect when you use this company. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Short version: Great to work with. They gave good advice and the turn around was fast and affordable. Long version: Phew. 2021 has not been off to the best start. My Dad passed away and I needed to get a program printed for his service. I emailed them on a Wednesday morning and discussed what I needed. They gave me some advice on how to improve my program booklet (that I created and saved as a pdf). And quoted a price AND they could have it for me by end of business that day. Program looks great. The paper was a nice weight and communication was excellent. I forgot to send some details and they were quick to clarify while also being kind. Price point was great and they were very affordable. I picked up from their warehouse... the door is not so obvious, FYI. Staff person was masked and payment was quick.
