Moving King LLC was the best. They were fast and efficient. They packed our Uhaul in record time, nothing was damaged after 2 days on the road going half way across the country. I would recommend Jamal and Alton for all your moving and packing needs.

Customer service is horrid. No contact after repeated attempts over 4 days to confirm order information. I would not recommend at all.

Poor customer service. Tried to contact them in regard to my cross country move for days with no response. Finally called today and they called me back. They told me I had an attitude. Of course I had an attitude. I'm moving across the country and couldn't reach my movers. Needless to say, I planned to cancel, and am happy to share the terrible experience with others. Will find another mover who will be responsive and customer focused.

I made a simple call ONE WEEK BEFORE and I cannot begin to tell you how impressed, not only I, but my whole family was with the guys that came out to my Mom's house in Springfield, LA. Not only were the gentlemen, but they KICKED BUTT the whole time they were there...They did not stop once and continued to empress by coming back again and again for more. It did not matter what it was...they did it and didn't flinch. BUT THE MOST IMPRESSIVE THING WAS ... when we got home to Morrillton, AR. NOT ONE THING WAS BROKEN...THEY KNOW HOW TO PACK...I would recommend them a MILLION times over. THANKS GUYS...YOU ARE THE BOMB...Ms. Victoria!!!!! XOXOXOX
