If you are looking to get your groove on it’s ok. But if you want to have a conversation with your friend or date this is not a good place, which is sad because of the views. Wrong vibe for that

We made a reservation and it was just a bar. Music was incredibly loud. We couldn't find out if there was an actual table reserved with the reservation or not. It was difficult to hear. We just grabbed a drink and enjoyed the views. Views 10/10. Bartender said food was all downstairs. At least one of the elevators had a broken button that wouldn't go up to the rooftop bar.

Although it allows for brunch reservations for Sunday, it was closed. No one could explain why it was closed or if it was supposed to be open. It was an awful experience having to Uber there for a birthday brunch and to discover it was closed. The staff as rude and unprofessional. It was a terrible experience.

We originally booked for a event but prior to us arriving we were notified that the even was cancel and the money we paid would be used on drinks . Our waiter was ok but the food was great and the drinks were great .

We had a reservation and when we were seated it was In plain room, no music playing, no menus, place setting etc. After sitting for about 15 minutes I walked to the bar and figured there was no table service. Was told at the bar that they had a big reservation order and that ordering at the bar was not possible at that time unless I wanted to wait. I told the bartender I had a table reservation and she said someone would come take my order since reservations got priority table service. 30 minutes later nobody came. We got up to leave because we were never given even waters or menus. We were stopped by a kind employee on the way out asking was everything okay. I told her we'd been sitting forever with no service ans couldn't order at the bar. She had me write my name and number down before we left but I never heard anything. This place is 1000% a tourist trap for instagram. I wish I could have canceled the reservation and saved the time and uber ride. Negative stars.

Service was TERRIBLE and the place looks nothing like the pictures online. We kept joking we got catfished by this place because the pictures online were so cute and the actual place was boring and sterile. When we finally got our drinks after being there for 30 minutes they were abysmal. Would absolutely not recommend.

Ambiance was great, drinks were good but the service was not very good. There were two bartenders and a bar back making drinks and less than 15 people there yet it took at least 20-30 minutes to order and receive your drink. Not sure what was going on.

For one, it was very hard to navigate. Two, upon making reservations we weren't informed that for everything you want we would have to go to the bar instead of having table service. The vibe was good and the scenery was beautiful.

No food. Service terrible. All items must be purchased at the bar. Very understaffed. Almost nobody there and we waited for over 10 minutes and ended up leaving. Fully enclosed with windows that slide open. Dirty. You don't even know you are there except the name is on a dirty floor mat. It was perhaps once a great place but is no longer.

Arrived, was informed they no longer take reservations...was told they no longer served food. Finally they "found " a table in an empty room full of empty tables and served us water from plastic cups. The view EHH Plenty of other amazing places to see and experience New Orleans.

Underwhelming. We were in town for a concert and wanted to go to a roof top bar , which we've done in other cities. Speakers were not working in the area of the bar we were sitting in, which was a huge disappointment. Music may have helped greatly. Pop up restaurant was ok, very limited menu. Was not the caliber of exciting, fun roof top clubs we were expecting.

This was not the bar we expected. No table service, no food, and not the cool vibe we thought. It's crazy they encourage reservations. We didn't understand why. No plans to go back. Sad because it has such potential.

Hostess sat us down for my 730 reservation and I'm still waiting for a waitress to come take my order smh. We literally got up and went to the bar ourselves went back to our section and finished our drinks and left. Nice location, nice atmosphere unfortunately horrendous service and I won't be back.
