I wanted to share my experience with the customer service at this florist. I called them needing a bouquet on the same day and provided my budget, occasion, and recipient details, trusting their creative expertise. The flowers I received were exactly what I had envisioned - fresh, high quality, and uniquely selected to create a living work of art! Their arrangements are next level and sure to impress. The smile they put on my son’s girlfriend’s face was worth a million bucks!

Our wedding was this past weekend on 4/6/24. Mitch's Florist sent our bouquet on time to our hotel. It was exactly what I wanted. However, the flowers did not hold up. When they arrived, they seemed brown and to be dying already. Not sure what happened, but it was very disappointing nonetheless.

I asked for tulips flowers and I received two of them... the money wasn't a big issue. But my godmother stated this was her favorite florist.. our almost 90 year old matriarch was upset.. I was upset. Called about the arrangement and she brushed me off by saying we will pick them up and bring some more.. negative.. then refunded me 21$.. no amount of money can fix the arrangement. If we specifically asked for something.. don't throw 5 more looks into it.. it was a BUM JOB.. listening plays a big factor in any occasion. Be blessed ??

I was so pleased with how my bouquet turned out. I spoke with several florists while I was in the planning stages for my wedding. I only wanted a bouquet and every other florist I spoke with had a floral minimum of $1000 or more. I reached out to Mitch’s because I found a bouquet they did for another wedding that had the exact look I was going for. Not only were they able to accommodate my request but they exceeded my expectations. Everyone at the wedding complimented how gorgeous and unique the arrangement was. They photographed so beautifully. I am so happy with the result and would recommend them to any bride in New Orleans looking for an elegant, affordable bouquet. This place is so rude, you will purchase a bouquet for an absurd price and receive a medium sized bouquet. The staff is rude and eager to get you off the phone as if you are bothering them, I suggest you call Nola Flora instead they are extremely kind and beautiful flowers.

Had the pleasure of speaking with Kendall regarding an oversight with my order for a funeral. We spoke very amicably about it and Kendall resolved the issue. I am a very satisfied customer and will use Mitch's again. Thank you Kendall for being a very nice person - a beacon of light during these very uncertain times in our country. Paid $130 for these flowers that do not look worth that price nor do they favor the example photos provided. The flowers are pretty but not worth the price. I’ve paid $50 for nicer flowers at another florist.

Quality, Value, ResponsivenessI’m so thrilled with the arrangement I ordered from Mitch’s. I need something modern, modest and fast (next day delivery).For being on the low cost end of arrangements I could have delivered, the end product provided so much wow-factor, Mitch’s has become my local florist of choice.They were super easy to work with, exceeded my expectations, and provided great value when everything seems to be costing more. Five stars!
