I have 2 service dogs (very well trained and well groomed) and went into the shop with them. Both dogs perform tasks that help with my disability. Claudia, the owner of the shop told me I had to leave her shop because she didn’t allow dogs in her shop. I told her my dogs were service dogs. At that point she asked me what my disability was which is a violation of the American Disabilities Act (ADA). See attached photo. Not only did she embarrass me asking me for my disability with other people in the store but then proceeded to argue with me that my disability didn’t qualify under the ADA which is 100% incorrect. I will also report the owner to the Better Business Bureau.

Not only did she embarrass me asking me for my disability with other people in the store again this is a violation against the ADA but then she proceeded to argue with me that my disability didn't qualify under ADA laws which is 100% incorrect. I reported the owner to the Better Business Bureau and will report to federal authorities.

Lots of interesting clothing in this store. Really good prices on leather jackets. The guy working is really nice.

We went into the store twice today, the first time to browse and the second time to buy a piece of clothing.On the first visit, the atmosphere was friendly and the staff pleasant and smiling.On the second visit, totally different atmosphere with the owner (absent during the first visit) who was not at all smiling or commercial

Honestly the shop itself seems cool and we would have liked to shop around or come back but the girl in there was uncomfortably pissed lol. It was a tall girl with an eyebrow piercing and bangs? Didn't get a name bc I was scared for my life my sisters were looking at wigs and she rolled her eyes multiple times at actual 16 year old girls??? She kept questioning if they could afford them and if they had "a special event" they were going to. I understand there were 20 minutes until close and we were definitely not even going to stay more than 10 minutes. Plus she was doing nothing but standing there and rolling her eyes? Didn't seem like she had anything she was rushing to get done so I'm not sure why she was so aggressively irritated by customers walking into an open retail store but it was enough for everyone to agree they'd never come back. Yikes!

The worst customer service EVER! The girl at the counter made me wait forever while she chatted on the phone and never apologized. I've worked at high volume businesses before and you should not make your customers wait while you idly chat on the phone. Not if you want to keep customers that is! She had no manners and was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

My boyfriend and I popped in here and were pleasantly surprised at all of the options available for clothing! There were a plethora of wigs and high quality kimonos and costumes. There was also a great selection of men's guyabera and pearl snap western shirts. A little something for everyone packed into one sweet shop.

Place was the most chaotic and unorganized establishment I have ever walked into. The sales reps and owner are rude and very pushy with sales. Not to mention the outfit I bought isn’t even vintage and over priced- found the same outfit at hot topic for $30 when they charged me $65.
