Made the switch with two lines from another company quickly. Brittany was very kind, knowledgeable, and an excellent multitasker once the store began to fill. Speaking of, the building and its surroundings were clean and not as congested as one other I visited. I'm glad I went with my first mind to stop by this location which is probably going to be my "go to."

Very frustrating experience. Came in to change my rate plan to a cheaper one and pay my bill. Instead of doing just that, the manager tried to upsell me, then pretended he did not know how to do what I had asked. Eventually got what I came for but it took longer than necessary. Maybe they're trained that way, but it was a waste of time and I didn't appreciate it.

Worst customer service. Ashely, was rude and trying to multi task between myself and another customer. Tone was offensive. Will never in this lifetime visit this location.
