Bought a phone from here looks bad because there are a lot of druggies loitering and asking for money but don't be fooled when you go in the staff are great Moody helped me with all of my needs at a great price!!! Best metro experience I've ever had.

The team at this T-Mobile location went above and beyond to help us out. My wife's phone died and they were able to resurrect it (partially) so she could get her data off. They didn't rush us while picking out her new phone or working out the issues to get her data from the dead phone.

I thought I purchased a brand new iPhone 6s 64 GB. I have had nothing but trouble. I wanted to return the phone for a full refund. I am on the phone every day with T-Mobile, Apple, AOL, etc. Naturally they didn't want to lose my business. They sent me to the Apple store to exchange my phone. I did so. Only I didn't notice until after I arrived home that it was a used phone from 2016, and ONLY 32 GB!! I NEVER would have bought a 32 GB phone! It was listed as a 64GB in their system for around 2 to 3 weeks before it was changed to 32 GB. Also, according to their system I refused a replacement phone...sent back per customer request...not true! Either they have incompetent employees, have been hacked, or their employees have been paid to change my records. I am so angry and frustrated. I feel so ripped off. Overpaying for a used phone when I purchased a new iPhone 6s 64GB and now I have a used iPhone 6s 32GB. They (T-Mobile) tell me they have NEVER sold 64GB iPhones! I am so tired of being lied too!!!!

Please do not go to this Location. Worst Customer service. Well of course cause it's in the ghetto. Was Smoking vapors around a 5 year old and was Arguing with Client In front child.
