DO NOT PAYFOR INSURANCE!! It is a straight scam. First claim in 2 yrs and I am getting the run around. MetroPCS insurance provider is Assurant-they each will send you back and forth to the other and refuse to help you. I have to file fraud charges with my bank for the money that they straight up stole!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I JUST WENT IN THERE TO UPGRADE TWO PHONES. AS I WAS LOOKING AT PHONES I OBSERVED HOW THE CASHIER SPOKE TO AND HANDLED TWO DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE. WHEN HE WAS DONE WITH THEM HE CAME TO ASSIST ME WITH THE SAME ATTITUDE. I THANKED HIM AND WALKED OUT.

This store is terrible I bought a phone got home to get into my account but couldn't because I needed a pin so I called metro PC's to get it cause I didn't know it because I didn't even set a account pin up yet for it so they asked for the zip code I gave them my zip code but they say it's incorrect so whatever this clown did was incorrect now I can't get into my account
