The jack on the back on the quickcell speaker I bought does not match the USB cable that was included with the speaker. I can not charge and the speaker is useless.It was defective when sent out.

DO NOT PAY FOR INSURANCE!! It is a straight scam. First claim in 2 yrs and I am getting the run around. MetroPCS insurance provider is Assurant-they each will send you back and forth to the other and refuse to help you. I have to file fraud charges with my bank for the money that they straight up stole!!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE. Went in to purchase a new phone. I left without an itemized receipt and had two lines and an upgraded plan when I got home. I immediately called metro pcs to cancel the second line and downgrade to my original plan. I should have asked more questions. I get that times are hard during COVID-19 but don't cheat customers. Never going back!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE.

Always have to wait for service. Under staffed. Workers on the phone while trying to assist customers. I went in to purchase a stylus that i had misplaced. I was told he would order one and phone me in a few days. Once i never received a call i phoned. I was told to phone back it may be in a later shipment. I waited 3 more days and phoned again. I was told it was discontinued and he didn't know if he could get one. I asked why i wasn't informed of that initially and the agent proceeded to tell me how they don't look for stylus for customers so he was trying to help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

This store is absolutely amazing! They gave me a free case, screen protector, headphones, speaker, pop socket, and a new phone for just $180!!!!! The store workers are so kind and helpful! Definitely recommend!
