Bad parking and horrible customer service. Went there today with my mom. There were 2 workers and it took both of them to help the 2 customers ahead of us. The owner tried relentlessly to get my mom to buy a new phone, only when it needed troubleshooting. These people are in the business of not listening to customers and pushing pricey thing on them. He was rude and condescending and answered every question with “I don’t know.” We left and went to another location (Broad St.) which was so much better. The waiting area at the Broad location was clean and larger and they had seating and also a better display of phones and accessories. At the Broad location, there were 2 young ladies working in there who spoke English and Spanish, and it smelled better than the Gentilly location. Overall better choice. We will not be patronizing the Gentilly location any more and they need to be closed.

the store had 15mins until closing! They refused to let me pay my bill. I wonder why there is a set time and they are not honoring that time to their customers. customers come first! but that's the arrogance of some of these franchise's. I will not bring my cash money this location ever again! just sad!
