IF I COULD GIVE ZERO RATINGS I WOULD, THE YOUNG GUY SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE PHONE (STACTIC)AND WOULD NOT TRADE IT OUT. THEY DO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY , I REPORTED THEM TO THE MAIN METRO PCS CORPORATE OFFICE AND GAVE THEIR STORE NUMBER AND INFORMATION.
