I could not have asked for a better moving experience. I HIGHLY recommend metro moving and will definitely be using them again. I’ve never had to move by myself before or hire movers so I was pretty nervous about how this whole thing would go. From the very beginning metro moving was super responsive (thank you Dana!) very clear about pricing, and the time they quoted me matched the actual time it took to move so there weren’t any surprises. Tony and team took such good care of my belongings and worked with me to make sure the furniture in my new space felt exactly right. We even moved things around a few times to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience working with Dana, Tony and the rest of the crew for our move. It was a super hot day and they kept a great attitude and we're communicative before and during the move. Overall the price was also most affordable per hour compared to many other big companies and they also provided 4 people for the move which was more than any other quote (and still cheaper than some other two man quotes). Considering how hot temps have been, I am glad to see they are willing to add hands to help not overload or overwork the crews. Would use them again and recommend them if you are looking for a move.

Tony and the guys are very respectful and careful they took very good care of our furniture and all of.our belongings I highly recommend.oh and might I add they were on time and Ms. Dana in the office was just the best setting up and taking the job keep it up guys your on the right track thanks so much I will be calling you guys again when the time comes thanks again you guys rock ?

These guys were great - showed up on time, and were extremely friendly and polite! They took care of my 91 year old mother’s furniture with great care. The office manager was very helpful and quick to reply.

I would never recommend using Metro Movers to anyone. They did not show up on moving day and refused to answer any of my calls! I then receive a text message saying, "Sorry we're having trouble with our truck. Can we reschedule?" I explained that we'd already taken off work and that rescheduling was not an option. But they continued to ignore my phone calls and instead waited over an hour to text me back a half-hearted apology.I had been given assurance the day before the move that everything was still on schedule. But instead, I had to scramble to find a Uhaul and then move all of our furniture up three flights of stairs without any help.Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. They should have at least informed me by phone call of the difficulties regarding the truck. But they couldn't be bothered to even do that. Save yourself a significant amount of stress and find a different moving company.

I hate moving and Metro Moving simplified the entire process. I hired the company to pack my 4 bedroom home. They took such great care of all of my belongings, and they are extremely prideful in all of their work. My items were moved efficiently and carefully and their prices are more than fair. I would hire over and over again! Hopefully I’m done moving ?

I highly recommend Metro Moving. Not only were they polite, they moved my things like it was their own. They took their time and the price was right. They put my things where I told them to and I only had to unpack. Please call Metro Moving, they are really the best in the business.

Fantastic movers. Fast, professional, and done right. I’ve used a different moving company for each of my last 3 moves but I’ll definitely use this group again. Communication was great from the initial inquiry and the movers who provided the service were excellent. Thanks for making an otherwise stressful event go smoothly.

My experiences with Metro Moving were nothing less than a dream! I couldn’t have prayed for a better experience. This wasn’t a traditional move in the sense of going from one home to another. I was remodeling, redecorating and replacing furniture and appliances throughout my house. I had a 15 yard dumpster which the guys packed completely filled in an organized fashion, maximizing the amount of space by at least 70%. I had some furniture delivered to a storage unit while renovations were underway . Once completed, they delivered my furniture from storage back to my home. I also had them pick up and deliver several large pieces of furniture and appliances I had purchased locally around town, as well as transport some furniture to a consignment shop. Everything was completed in an efficient manner and at a very competitive price. I’ve learned from past moving experiences that when it comes to moving you get what you pay for, and that is one thing I would never skimp on again! I actually had one experience with a well known company which ended up costing me more to repair and replace several damaged items than the actual cost I was charged for moving… and yes, I still had to pay them for “moving” and breaking my furniture!!! With that being said, I strongly suggest reading customer reviews before hiring anyone. Many of these “mega moving” companies actually have awful service with an awful price to match. One thing I can assure you is that when it comes to cost effective, high quality service, you will not find better than Metro Moving . It is clearly evident these guys have been doing this work for many years in order to be at the level of service and professionalism they provide.

Stop looking for a moving company. This is the one you want to use! Dana helped us through the entire process making sure we were packed and ready for move day. Tony and his team showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Metro wrapped our furniture to protect it and took their time moving our belongings. Don’t hesitate to use this company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I scheduled an appointment with a sketchy moving company a couple of weeks ago. I called to confirm my move-in date, and the extremely unprofessional woman who answered the phone said someone had called to cancel the appointment…. After she jumbled with a few other excuses beforehand… She finally settled on someone had canceled. I am a single man, and no one knew that I had scheduled them for my move-in. There is no way possible that someone called to cancel this appointment. She just didn’t write it down, as she could not even remember the correct first excuse to give me. Then she became very rude because she so confused and hung up the phone. I am now stuck without having movers to move me into my new house. I should have read the other reviews because I see that this has happened with this company before
